Showpad eOS has been very helpful for me, it makes sales content easier to use rather than of just giving you more of it. I would say that in it everything is organized in a way that feels intuitive, so i am not required to waste my time in digging for the right deck or asset when particularly you are about to talk to a customer. The another thing which i would also appreciate like how it connects training, coaching and content in one place and all this helps team to stay aligned without feeling overwhelming. The ability to work 24/7 is critical for sales. We want to be available when our clients/customers are available. Showpad makes this happen as they can access materials any time without needing to download numerous items; all shared seamlessly. Compounded multi-tasking at its best! They can process most of the file formats. But if it is a complex PDF with a lot of layers, it may sometimes not process it. But this will not be a huge issue as there are workarounds the support team can help. Otherwise, I feel it does a good job for the intended functionalities. Showpad has become a valuable resource for our field team, allowing us to design a series of libraries and more, hosting all types of content to ensure the best possible user experience.
