**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad has been an invaluable platform for organizing, sharing, and delivering sales content across our organization. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for both sellers and marketers to quickly locate the right materials at the right time, which improves efficiency and helps keep customer-facing conversations consistent.

A major advantage of Showpad is how effectively it centralizes sales enablement resources while also providing useful insights into content usage and buyer engagement. It helps ensure our teams stay aligned on the latest messaging, presentations, and collateral, reducing the time spent searching for information and increasing the time spent selling.

The Shared Spaces functionality has been especially effective for collaborating with customers throughout the sales cycle, supporting a more personalized and interactive buying experience. On top of that, the analytics deliver meaningful data that helps us understand which content resonates most with prospects and where we can continue to optimize.

Overall, Showpad is a powerful sales enablement solution that has improved content accessibility, seller productivity, and customer engagement. I would highly recommend it to organizations looking to strengthen their sales enablement strategy and create a more seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Since we have a separate LMS, we don’t use the coaching component, which limits some of the reporting we can access within the tool. In some cases, having an easier way to align teams would be helpful, since our teams often change each year as new territories are assigned.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to curate a complete onboarding experience for our teams, helping them achieve success faster. Shared spaces also give our sellers a secure place to store deal-related information, which serves as an extension of their selling arm and makes it easy to bring anyone up to speed when they’re added to a deal mid-cycle.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

One of the things I really like about Showpad is how simple and intuitive it is to use. I’ve also worked with platforms like Seismic and Mindtickle, along with traditional LMS environments, and what stands out to me with Showpad is the ease of adoption. The learning curve isn’t steep, which makes it easier for sellers to start using the platform effectively.
 
I currently support around 400 sellers, and Showpad has worked really well for us both from a content management and coaching perspective. We’ve used it to host and organize assets coming from multiple teams, especially during major campaigns like product takedowns, and distribute everything in one centralized place.
 
What I also appreciate is the ability to combine content sharing with learning and coaching. For example, we created PitchIQs around one of our campaigns so we could not only share information but also measure how much the sellers actually understood and retained. Being able to track engagement and learning outcomes in one place gave us a much more complete picture of the campaign’s impact.
 
Overall, it’s been a very practical and effective platform for sales enablement at scale.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

One area where I think Showpad could continue to evolve is around positioning and differentiation between enablement platforms and traditional LMS ecosystems, especially as organizations mature their tech stacks.

Showpad does an excellent job when it comes to content accessibility, seller experience, and combining enablement with coaching in a seamless way. In my experience, LMS platforms still struggle to deliver the same level of usability and agility for content consumption and sales readiness. That’s one of the biggest strengths of Showpad.

At the same time, many modern LMS platforms are beginning to expand into areas like AI role plays, coaching workflows, certifications, and learning analytics. As these capabilities continue to overlap across systems, I think organizations in the future may look more closely at how they justify multiple platform investments across learning and enablement functions.

Because of that, I’d love to see Showpad continue strengthening its unique value proposition around coaching, PitchIQ, and seller engagement analytics in ways that are harder for traditional LMS platforms to replicate. The platform already does a great job bridging content and coaching, and continuing to deepen that differentiation would make it even more compelling long term.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the things I appreciate about Showpad is that it genuinely helps sellers focus more on selling rather than spending time searching for information or trying to stay updated through scattered systems.

Before Showpad, we relied heavily on SharePoint for content management, but the experience was not always streamlined for sellers. With Showpad, the process became much more organized and accessible. A major advantage for us has been the ease of collaboration across teams. I work closely with product marketing and product teams, and with just some basic onboarding, they’re able to contribute directly within Showpad. That makes content updates much faster and more efficient.

Instead of enablement being managed by a single team in isolation, Showpad allows different stakeholders to work together and keep sellers aligned with the latest messaging, product updates, and campaign content. We’re able to roll out updates quickly, track engagement, and ensure content stays relevant over time.

What stands out the most is that the platform reduces friction for sellers. They spend less time looking for answers and more time actually engaging with customers and selling. From an adoption and usability perspective, the learning curve is also very manageable, which helps teams get value from the platform quickly.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I have to say, adopting Showpad has been one of those rare “this actually makes life easier” decisions for our Sales Enablement team. It really lives up to the idea of being a one-stop shop: content, learning, onboarding, sales materials - instead of jumping between different tools or trying to remember where things are stored, it’s all in one place. The UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate - you don’t need to over-explain where things are or how to use it - people just get it. The integrations help connect enablement with the tools sales teams are already using, so it doesn’t feel like “another platform” - it becomes part of their flow. The onboarding experience and ongoing support have been super strong. It didn’t feel like we were just handed a tool and left to figure it out - there was structure, guidance, and a clear path to getting up and running effectively. Support has been responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re scaling usage across teams. What I also really appreciate is the intelligence you get from the platform. The insights into content usage and engagement are incredibly valuable - it’s not just about pushing materials out, it’s about understanding what actually resonates and drives impact. Performance-wise, it’s been very reliable. Content loads quickly, the platform is stable, and that consistency builds trust with users. When you’re supporting sales teams, especially in real-time customer scenarios, you need something that just works - and Showpad delivers that. All in all, from a value perspective: it absolutely earns it's place. It’s one of those platforms where you can genuinely see the impact of what you’re investing in.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Honestly, there’s not much I’d change - it already feels like a really well thought-through, crafted-to-the-point product. If anything, it would be great to see pages evolve with slightly more web-like functionality, making navigation feel even more intuitive and “home-like,” especially when browsing larger content spaces. But overall, that’s more of a nice-to-have than a significant gap - the core experience is already very strong.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Showpad, we struggled with fragmented tools, scattered content, and a lot of noise - sellers spent too much time figuring out where to find things and how to prepare, rather than actually selling. 

Getting ready for meetings often meant digging through multiple sources, duplicating effort, or second-guessing whether content was current. Now, we have a centralized, structured hub where everything -content and learning - lives in a clear, organized way. With features like Genie AI, Roleplay AI, Shared Spaces, sellers can prepare for meetings faster, access the right materials instantly, and confidently share content with buyers. The result is a much faster time-to-value: significantly reduced prep time, more consistent messaging, and ultimately quicker, more effective sales cycles.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

It's one of the first AI-native platforms that I know of. By adding in Field Meeting AI, our sales reps are able to automatically log conversation (and associated insights) and can then plug content straight into the CRM as soon as a call's ended. Also, the platform is amazing at tailoring really human follow-up emails, and also is able to suggest relevant files based on what was discussed in the call. It's a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

This is purely anecdotal, but a couple of our sales reps (though not frequently) have said when they're using iOS on mobile it can be quite slow to load larger files. However, very tough to blame this on Showpad -- it's more than likely a connection issue.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides detailed insights into how prospects and customers are interacting with the content, including which pieces of content are most effective in moving them through the sales funnel. This information is used to continually improve the sales process and drive better results.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The benefits of Showpad that I try to emphasize with users remain the same as they were from the beginning. Such as the use of collections for maintaining  the most used assets and knowing that when retrieved, the assets are always the most updated.  The new features that Showpad has implemented have not addressed the value of adoption.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

It has been difficult to create adoption of Showpad amongst our teams, and although my Account Manager has tried her best to be helpful. we have had no lasting adoption.  Our contract was due for renewal this year, and it has been clear that our instance has not been utilized.  Our use of Showpad has decreased and as such, the value just isn't there.  The cost increase for renewal was extravagant and not reflective of our "drain on Showpad resources"; therefore, it would have been most appropriate to be offered a 0% increase for a short contract period in order to establish the value that Showpad could provide to our company.  The decrease (from the standard % increase) we were offered was accepted only because we could not cancel (at no fault of Showpad's, but still...) and therefore, our leadership is not motivated to enforce adoption.

Keeping track of updated versions of our materials.  Our agents and partners know that if they always use Showpad to retrieve and send out material, it's always the most up to date!

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad helps us to consolidate our marketing assets whilst also allowing sharing of material with customers. In addition there is an ever increasing roadmap of development, i.e., with AI which help to support our users. The analytics that are available really help to gauge the reach of sharing of assets to see whether things such as NPI are landing with customers. 

Account management support is another plus and support tickets, roadmap discussions, managed services and general help are handled excellently

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

One area of improvement would be additional functionality around user management. In particular, the ability to login as users to assist in troubleshooting. Alongside this, custom permission profiles would be a bonus

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralisation of marketing assets - one place for everything increases efficiency
Supporting the onboarding journey - Use of coach to support onboarding of new hires
Sharing information with key accounts (via Shared Spaces)
Expanding AI capabilities of the business - Especially in the way of administration and asset management (i.e., AI page builder or AI-generated FAQs)

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I use Showpad for our sales and marketing presentations, and it helps us easily share content with potential clients. I really like the shared space feature, which is the main tool we use from Showpad. It's important for us to have a digital deal room for our clients and partners to view the content we have. Showpad's connection to multiple CRMs, like Salesforce, is a huge plus since we use several Salesforce tools. After the initial learning curve, the system is very easy and user-friendly. We have had very few issues that required contacting Showpad for support. The tool's reliability has been solid for the past four years without any unavailability. The way the page creation tool is set up is a really easy way of using the system.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Maybe on the administrative side, the page creation tool could be a little bit more elaborate to allow more features and functions. But the way it's set up now is a really easy way of using the system.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Showpad to streamline sharing presentations with clients and partners. The shared space feature creates a digital deal room, improving content accessibility. Integrating with Salesforce, it logs shared assets, enhancing opportunity tracking and utilization.

What I like most about Showpad is that this product is constantly being developed, that new solutions or certain changes appear that make it easier to use Showpad.

There are still a few features missing that I consider essential, like the Undo button (in the page creation process), but I know they are currently being developed.

Showpad enables us to deliver training and content to our sales teams in one centralized platform, improving accessibility and making it easier to manage and share information efficiently.

The Library IQ feature has made my job much smoother. It helped me find assets that weren’t tagged, as well as duplicates I didn’t even realize existed.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

The page builder really needs a “redo” button. When I make a mistake while building a page, fixing it can be very time-consuming because that option isn’t available.

Showpad is a great place to store assets and share knowledge with the sales team. It’s intuitive, straightforward, and easy to use.

Updated content library is much easier to navigate and updates to how pages can be built and managed has made it much easier to keep them updated and create new ones that have duplicate blocks. 

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I would like showpad recommendations to be more precise and have greater control over the algorithm of the order of content that gets shown to our sellers. 

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpad content allows us to host a centralized library of LIVING content for our teams and partners. Having a single source of truth with the most up to date versions has solved our issue of outdated content and information living on the hard drives of our sales teams.
