Hello Guillaume,

Either as a Showpad Administrator or as Showpad User, you can have the same document uploaded in multiple Showpad instances or in multiple sharing methods (Experiences, Collections, Shared Spaces, etc.). There is no limitation in terms of duplicating the file, if that is useful.
