What do you like best about ShipJunction?

We've been working with ShipJunction for over a decade, and I can say without hesitation that it's been a seamless pleasure from the start. The platform is fluid, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use. Backend changes that might require a developer—or at the very least, internal staff intervention—with other systems can be done quickly and easily within ShipJunction. It’s built to empower operators, not burden them.

What truly sets ShipJunction apart, though, is their service. The attention to detail, speed of response, and level of communication are second to none. More often than not, any potential issues are already being addressed before I even have a chance to pick up the phone. Their team has guided us through multiple integrations and complex migrations with absolute precision.

We’ve made it clear to every major partner and platform in our space: if you can’t integrate with ShipJunction, we’re not interested. It's a non-negotiable part of our tech stack—and we have no intention of ever leaving them.

What do you dislike about ShipJunction?

What do you like best about ShipJunction?

The Shipjunction team is amazing. Joe and his crew were able to take a disruptive multiplex label design and integrate our requirements into their systems and give us an entire pick/pack/ship platform to deliver our products to our customers with complete visibility and ease of use. Our label design specifications were extremely complicated and changed frequently according to vendor requirements and Shipjunction never flinched. We went from struggling to manage an ever increasing sales volume to being able to build onto a solid foundation and adapt and thrive with millions of boxes shipped. As our ecommerce division has adapted over the years Shipjunction has been the perfect partner, a true part of our team and our success over the last 10+ years. We use Shipjunction daily at all of our production facilities throughout the United States and we rely on Joe and his team and know we can depend on them to continue to help us as we keep growing. What do you dislike about ShipJunction?

Nothing. From our initial engagement 10+ years ago to where we are now, Shipjunction has not let us down once. Their platforms are reliable, their systems are fast and their support is responsive. I have no bad things to say about SJ and that is not normal for me as I deal with dozens and dozens of technology vendors throughout our environment, from software development to infrastructure and facility management. If there was a bug or a glitch which must be expected with software and systems, communication was always honest and open and resolution was quick and we always worked as a team, with positivity and respect.
