**What do you like best about ShipJunction?**

We've been working with ShipJunction for over a decade, and I can say without hesitation that it's been a seamless pleasure from the start. The platform is fluid, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use. Backend changes that might require a developer—or at the very least, internal staff intervention—with other systems can be done quickly and easily within ShipJunction. It’s built to empower operators, not burden them.

What truly sets ShipJunction apart, though, is their service. The attention to detail, speed of response, and level of communication are second to none. More often than not, any potential issues are already being addressed before I even have a chance to pick up the phone. Their team has guided us through multiple integrations and complex migrations with absolute precision.

We’ve made it clear to every major partner and platform in our space: if you can’t integrate with ShipJunction, we’re not interested. It's a non-negotiable part of our tech stack—and we have no intention of ever leaving them.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say. ShipJunction continues to exceed expectations, and I can't recommend them highly enough

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

Honestly, nothing. If anything, my only complaint is that more people don’t know about ShipJunction. This platform deserves to be the biggest name in shipping—more businesses need to discover what they’re missing.

**What problems is ShipJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipJunction has completely automated our shipping process. It intelligently maps our selected shipping methods, evaluates real-time transit times and expected delivery dates, and rate-shops across carriers to find the most cost-effective option—seamlessly. This not only saves us time and money, but also ensures we're consistently meeting customer expectations for speed and reliability without manual intervention

**What do you like best about ShipJunction?**

The Shipjunction team is amazing.  Joe and his crew were able to take a disruptive multiplex label design and integrate our requirements into their systems and give us an entire pick/pack/ship platform to deliver our products to our customers with complete visibility and ease of use.  Our label design specifications were extremely complicated and changed frequently according to vendor requirements and Shipjunction never flinched.  We went from struggling to manage an ever increasing sales volume to being able to build onto a solid foundation and adapt and thrive with millions of boxes shipped.  As our ecommerce division has adapted over the years Shipjunction has been the perfect partner, a true part of our team and our success over the last 10+ years.  We use Shipjunction daily at all of our production facilities throughout the United States and we rely on Joe and his team and know we can depend on them to continue to help us as we keep growing.

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

Nothing.  From our initial engagement 10+ years ago to where we are now, Shipjunction has not let us down once.  Their platforms are reliable, their systems are fast and their support is responsive.  I have no bad things to say about SJ and that is not normal for me as I deal with dozens and dozens of technology vendors throughout our environment, from software development to infrastructure and facility management.  If there was a bug or a glitch which must be expected with software and systems, communication was always honest and open and resolution was quick and we always worked as a team, with positivity and respect.

**What problems is ShipJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipjunction is helping us to solve the ongoing challenges of eCommerce in the floral industry.  When we started out we had to undergo the growing pains of understanding and executing a new business model with new technology we never used before.  When we started out efficiency and automation were not part of the initial push to meet our deliverables to our customers.  A lot of manual work was required at all levels from sales administration to operations and production.  With perishable products we were leading the way into a new business model of overnight shipping of fresh flowers and there were many battles on many fronts simultaneously.  By far our biggest leap was the adoption of a highly disruptive and efficient multi-plex label from Chicago Tag and Label but we did not have a system that could accommodate the labels' complexity.  This is when we found Shipjunction and literally within weeks we had functional proof of concept labels.  We worked to integrate our ordering systems and data into the Shipjunction platform and within 6 weeks we had transformed our struggling and manual ecommerce systems into the beginning of what would now become our most automated and efficient business model in the company.  We stopped worrying about how we were going to ship or pack deliver our boxes on a daily basis and began to focus on making everything better, more automated, more efficient and we couldn't have done that without SJ.

Outstanding Support and Seamless Customization - ShipJunction has been a game-changer for our shipping workflow. Their customer support is truly top-notch—fast, knowledgeable, and proactive. We had several complex, custom requirements, and they not only handled them with ease, but actually improved upon our original ideas. Integration was smooth, and the time savings have been significant. If you’re looking for a shipping partner that feels like an extension of your own team, look no further.

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

They don't have t-shirts. Okay, seriously, like any robust platform, there’s a learning curve at the beginning—especially when setting up custom workflows—but their support team made that process smooth. Occasionally, we’ll run into something unique to our business model, but they’re quick to respond and always willing to dig in and find a solution.

**What problems is ShipJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our business has evolved, so have our shipping needs. When we started with ShipJunction over 10 years ago, we were primarily B2C. Today, we’re heavily B2B, and our fulfillment process has grown far more complex. ShipJunction has adapted with us every step of the way.

Thanks to their direct integration with NetSuite, we can ship quickly and accurately with a very lean team. What used to take multiple people now takes one. The system is fast, reliable, and customizable—which means we don’t have to fit into someone else’s rigid workflow. It fits us. That’s been a huge factor in our growth and efficiency.

The most helpful aspect of ShipJunction is their customization and adaptability, particularly their ability to tailor the platform to your unique eCommerce needs and provide daily adjustments to shipping parameters during high-volume Q4 periods. The only thing I disliked about ShipJunction was the old user interface which has been completely updated and is now much better.

Seamless integration with NetSuite that is reliable and updates Item Fulfillment Records very quickly. Flexible with GS1 and Pack Manifest customizations. Reliable integration with FedEx, UPS, USPS carrier APls. Flexible third-party and collect billing. Customizable shipping rules. Fast pack-verify. Fast label printing. Flexible LTL shipping. Great customer service.

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

It's so feature-rich and customizable, that keeping track of how everything works can be challenging, but ShipJunction has very good documentation and their customer support will answer questions politely and quickly.

**What problems is ShipJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with NetSuite was paramount; the ShipJunction team implemented their system successfully and it operates seamlessly.  Second to that, ShipJunction's reliable parcel and LTL shipping sustains our fulfillment process and drives our business growth.

It quickly and seamlessly searches all available parcel shipping options for each order to ensure we are using the best shipping method that meets our business rules for the lowest cost.   It also works as a single platform that can handle the shipping process from order upload to packing out an order.  Lot tracking in another function that we rely on in our shipping process.  We are saving money and getting more orders out the door faster because of Ship Junction.

Periodically, ShipJunction will go offline due to external factors not necessarily in their control.  Thankfully, their support is quick to get us up and running.

ShipJunction has top-notch support and service.  Their interface is easy to use and navigate, and they were one of the first shipping solutions to offer real-time rate shopping between our carriers.

I do not have any "cons" to say about ShipJunction.  There may be an opportunity to improve some reporting features, depending on what we are trying to research.

We needed a shipping solution that was affordable and allowed for real-time rate shopping.  It also had to adapt to our volume, which it has done extremely well with.

**What do you like best about ShipJunction?**

The product is easy to use and very intuitive. Customer Support has always been amazing, responsive, and very accommodating. They have helped us incorporate a number of customizable features to further support our clients.

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

I would like to see more reports on monthly numbers. I have only ever seen daily and weekly reports. I'm not very excited about the new look.  The standard reports aren't as easily read as the old view. But I am very happy that I can still use the old view.

**What problems is ShipJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us efficiently fulfill a high volume of orders. Before using Ship Junction, processing large batches of orders would have required significantly more time, manual work, and coordination. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to have multiple users working simultaneously, which has streamlined workflow and increased overall throughput. It's helped us scale our operations without sacrificing accuracy or speed, making order fulfillment much more manageable and reliable.

SJ is great for those companies that want enterprise level features and service.  We have been using them for over a decade with excellent results.

If you only need a basic software package that comes at retail prices, this may not be for you.

It does rate shopping very well. And it blends well with all our warehouse workflows and integrations.

It is easy to use, and I can call and get support immediately from a human.

**What do you dislike about ShipJunction?**

We recently did an update to combine zip codes since this update, system doesn't add boxes as easily anymore.  Sometimes you can't add ANY boxes, which creates a different issue all together.

freight costs, anytime we can lower costs is benificial

Shipjunction has an easy to use UI , our warehouse employees are easily able to navigate and fulfill orders efficiently. The rate shopping feature allows for cost savings, while still maintaining delivery SLAs.

Manifest can be difficult to use and produce.
