With all the flexibility in this, sometimes I feel like you have to be really computer savvy or almost like a programmer to understanding how things may need to flow to get it to work a very specific way. From an owners perspective the set up is very time consuming and not very user friendly especially if you have many menu options. Instructions are not very straight forward and can be difficult to understand many steps and terms. Once you do get things started it requires a lot of memorizing certain steps. Pretty easy to use, but could be better. I think he is reliable. Good thing it supports chip card processing. Restaurant Manager has all the necessary POS features that we need. I really like the inventory function, which helps me track my stock levels.
