They lied about renewing a 12-month contract after just three months, and then charged me $2,200 for some new fee I want told about when o signed on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We used it for 2 months before we had to switch. It was not user friendly and we found that having handhelds was crucial for our business model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I have used many POS systems as both a bartender and restaurant manager and PosiTouch is the most customizable...but to a fault. Once you finally get everything entered into the system, the inventory software is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SkyTab? It takes ages to set up. The IT support is, at best, decebt when it finally arrives. It is a very hard system to use for newcomers of the way a POS operates. A POS (point of sales) system is what almost all restaurants use to send information to all staff members about what is needed and when, as well as keeping an inventory of all goods and services.
