The hardware for the pos terminals are fairly nice and it's very rare when we have to recalibrate the touchscreen, and it stands up to a lot of abuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SkyTab? The back of house reporting system lacks the ability to refine search abilities, has too many glitches with batching out daily reports, it's hard to pull up a detailed report after only 30 days, constantly having to call the support rep to archive tabs because it's slowing our system down and servers are having to wait to open or close tabs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering SkyTab: Unfortunately, I would not recommend this brand as I feel there are too many glitches with the system and less reporting and detail options than the bigger brand names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SkyTab solving and how is that benefiting you? Not necessarily solving any business problem with restaurant manager but any restaurant pos is making it easier to communicate orders with either the kitchen or bar to get items completed in a timely manner as opposed to writing an order out and taking it to appropriate sections. We had started using tablets with restaurant manager about 2 years ago and the great benefit is that it has cut down on time per order vs. the time that the customer has to wait.
