What was promised during the sales process was completely different from what I received.","The software never worked for me, and I am having trouble canceling my subscription because they are holding me to a very expensive contract.","There are better, less expensive, and more user-friendly options available. I'd never recommend this software to anyone.","They promised a lot during the sales process, but it's hard to reach a human after signing the contract.
