Fairly easy to use, some limitations **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025 **What do you like best about Setster?** Very easy to set up different types of events and appointments into the system and have it bookable on the front end. It's simple and I love being able to pull appointment information in the "appointments" section. Overall it is a great platform for the price point. **What do you dislike about Setster?** When you have multiple different types of appointments at the same time it wont organize them by appointment type on the check in page. It can become hard to navigate and get cluttered. When you click the big red "check in" button it sends the auto-email out that we only want going out at the end of the day so you need to find the best way to keep track of guests/customers. **What problems is Setster solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a super easy and bookable platform, easy to book people in on the back end, and keeps things organized. It is very reliable. ### 2. Personally I liked their simple beautiful design. It was easy for us to integrate our client appointments to our calendar automatically. **What do you dislike about Setster?** Pricing was a bit burdensome. It ultimately didn't work out for us because of internal budget cut. Plus, some of the features were a bit overkill for us. **Recommendations to others considering Setster:** I think this is a great product if you are a service-oriented professionals like financial advisors, lawyers, doctors, etc.. **What problems is Setster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tried to set up a simple client appointment scheduling system. It helped us with that. ### 3. Automated text messages when an appointment is made. Easy to customize appointment settings. Custom webpage. Easy and nice integration with iCal and Google Calendars. I think also worked for Outlook as well. **What do you dislike about Setster?** It's gotten expensive over the years. Customer service wasn't that great. Sometimes buttons wouldn't work. **Recommendations to others considering Setster:** It's a good product but shop around before you settle on this product. It worked fine at least when I used it. **What problems is Setster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Used it for making appointments with customers as well as for internal staffs.
