They are quick to dig into questions we have and provide answers. **What do you dislike about Session AI?** There is no integration with our design team, so it is sometimes tricky to share our preferred designs for experiences. Additionally, we don't have a great way to QA the new experiences ourselves. Instead, we rely on the team to share videos or screenshots. **What problems is Session AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can deliver personalized offers to customers who may be hesitant to convert.
