"Powerful Selldone Features and Genesis, Backed by Top-Tier Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

Features & Depth: Selldone’s admin dashboard includes capabilities I haven’t come across in other ecommerce platforms, and it gives me a lot more control than I expected.

Selldone Genesis: A massive asset for assisting with store management and tailoring design customization—from quick UI tweaks to complete backend and storefront builds (https://selldone.com/genesis).

Top-Tier Support: Kudos to the support team! Selldone has some of the most responsive support I’ve experienced, and my questions were handled quickly and clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

Page Builder: Right now, this is the least favorite part of the stack for me. It works, but it can feel a bit clunky, especially compared to how strong and polished the rest of the platform is.

Order Management: At the moment, you can’t edit existing orders directly to add or remove products after a purchase has been made. I hope they work on this issue soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Marketplace Gem: Easy Vendor Setup, Familiar Navigation, Great Product Comparisons"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

I purchased the product specifically for the marketplace feature, and it’s truly the gem. For me, the selling point was how easy it was to set up vendors and products. The potential in that space feels exponential. I also love that the marketplace looks and feels familiar, which makes it easy to navigate. On top of that, the ability to compare products will be a game changer for offering users quality options at reasonable pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

At this point, I haven’t really come across anything I dislike. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to open the marketplace up to unlimited vendors—ideally as a lifetime offering :-) ...The UI feels complex to start; however, once you take some time to understand it, it feels truly thoughtful and well laid out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One E-Commerce OS: Lower TCO and Faster Advanced Deployments"
4/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

By eliminating extra app fees and maintenance headaches, it drastically lowers the total cost of ownership for my clients while allowing us to deploy highly advanced e-commerce ecosystems much faster. Unlike WooCommerce or Shopify, where you need dozens of third-party applications and subscriptions for basic scaling, Selldone includes everything natively. Features like automated marketing, built-in CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

Smaller Third-Party Ecosystem While you don't need plugins for core operations, the ecosystem of ready-made niche integrations (like hyper-local European shipping carriers or specialized local accounting tools) is still smaller than what you find on legacy platforms. You sometimes have to rely on webhooks, custom API connections, or automation tools to bridge these specific local gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From shelf-ware to the core of my business — thanks to the AI integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

he sheer scope. I bought Selldone years ago, struggled to find time to learn it, and honestly let it sit. The recent Claude AI integration changed everything — I can now connect my supplier APIs, spin up stores and configure the platform conversationally. If I can think of a store concept, I can build it. I'm currently planning a subscription/download-credit store, something I'd never have attempted manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

The only thing that initially put me off was the learning curve, especially as a time-poor business owner. However, the AI integration has effectively removed that barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally an All-in-One Store That Actually Delivers on Its Promise"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

The all-in-one approach is what I like best. Everything works out of the box — storefront, CRM, POS, subscriptions, digital delivery. No Shopify-style app tax, no transaction fees bleeding your margins. And the support from Mark is on another level entirely. He fixed my licensing problem immediately, no matter the time of day. That kind of dedication is simply rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

The learning curve at the beginning is a bit steeper than with simpler tools like Shopify. Because the platform offers so much, it takes some time to discover everything. But once you're past that initial phase, it's incredibly powerful — and the support team (shoutout to Mark!) helps you get there fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Commerce for Modern Marketing Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

Selldone has provided Flatirons AI with its complete commerce platform that supports all our marketing operations. I value the platform because it provides a no-code installation process together with its integrated payment solutions and its automated operational features. The dashboard provides an intuitive design that enables users to control campaigns and landing pages and digital products through one single interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

The advanced customizations require users to learn complex branding systems because they need to create personalized solutions. The platform needs to add more templates because current templates do not support specific marketing requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Selldone: A Versatile Alternative to Shopify and WordPress"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

I appreciate how Selldone redefines ecommerce and infrastructure without the need for constant fixes, unlike fragmented platforms like Shopify and WordPress. It's not just a basic store builder; it has an elegant SME and enterprise-grade business operating system, which I find better than Shopify and others. I love that Selldone operates universally in all countries, working well from Japan to the States, with great language support and detailed tax handling, including local and state taxes in places like California. The platform is well thought out with years of experience behind it, and it's pretty powerful, being built on PHP and RHEL. I find the back office dashboard particularly useful for my complex business model, offering total structural control. Although the functionality can initially feel overwhelming, the introduction of Genesis AI makes setup a breeze, allowing for flexible customization of the user experience, whether I want it to mimic Shopify, WordPress, or be entirely custom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

Once there was an issue with federal plus state PLUS LOCAL taxes amendments, but usually, if there's a problem, they can fix the programming issue within a few weeks if you raise the issue. Its pretty custom and good customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Founder-Led, One-on-One Support That Truly Helps"
4/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

I really appreciate how helpful the founder is and how they offer personal, one-on-one support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

It’s somewhat complicated to use, and the learning curve feels steep for me. That’s probably because it includes a lot of features, but it would still help if those features were reorganized and presented more simply so the interface is easier to navigate. Also, the look and overall design of the stores could be improved quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Feature-Rich E-Commerce Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

I am using Selldone for e-commerce and affiliate activities, and it solves a problem with e-commerce integrations. I like the very easy adding of products and setting up a store. The platform is very fast, and the customer support answers are very fast too. It saves me time, and the support fixes many problems and makes some upgrades. We switched from WooCommerce to Selldone because it's more faster and full of features. The initial setup was very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

Nothing really. Everything is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective and User-Friendly for Small Businesses"
4/5
What do you like best about Selldone?

I rely on Selldone to manage my online store’s inventory and orders all in one place, which streamlines my daily business tasks significantly. I appreciate the full set of e-commerce features it offers without the high cost of enterprise-level software, which is a big help for my small business budget. The intuitive drag-and-drop page builder and rich free templates are my favorite features, allowing me to build a branded storefront easily, without needing coding skills. I love that all the templates are mobile-responsive by default, letting me provide a smooth shopping experience for customers on any device. I find it easy to export customer and order data to sync with Mailchimp, which simplifies my email marketing tasks. The initial setup was smooth with pre-built integrations that were mostly click-and-go, saving us time. Overall, Selldone is super user-friendly and affordable, and the drag-and-drop builder is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

The bulk edit function for product info is a bit limited, I can't change things like shipping settings or discount rules for multiple products at once, so I have to edit them one by one and it’s time-consuming. I just wish there were more niche templates and a faster bulk edit feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
