What problems is SearchExpress Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SearchExpress for invoice approval and for expense reports.
Many of our invoices arrive by email, while others come in the mail.
For emailed invoices, we save them directly to SearchExpress, without
printing or scanning them, by using a Save-to-SearchExpress menu item
in Outlook.
For mailed invoices, we scan them with SearchExpress.
SearchExpress automatically routes invoices to the correct project
manager for approval.
In addition, we use SearchExpress eForms to let our employees submit
and eSign expense reports, and attach receipts, from their mobile phone.
