**What do you like best about SAP Customer Checkout?**

1. It is of a wide range of user-tailor-made report-generating software.
2. It gives you a flexible system to set your own form-setting options.
3. Finance, Material, Costing, Human Resources etc., can be part of this software.
4. Here, you can directly link to the Bank for payment via any layer of the approval system.
5. Alerts, Notifications, Auto mail, etc., are some handy features that add more efficiency.

**What do you dislike about SAP Customer Checkout?**

It is costlier than other parallel software, and although many big business enterprises are using it, its pricing can be slightly lower. 
The periodic system has many restrictions regarding its uses.

**What problems is SAP Customer Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Previously, we have used excel, Tally etc., for the organization. Still, when it was shifted to SAP, it gave us all kinds of freedom regarding reporting, productivity, user friendly etc. 
2. It is used by almost every type of department according to their optimum usage & needs. 
3. Data synchronization from old software to newer one can be done very well.
4. Report can be obtained in various formats at different fields as per the requirements.
5. Relationship map helps to determine the whole transaction flow.

It can be integrated with business applications like S/4 HANA.

Sometimes it shows some performance issues, the rest things are good.

It is best for businesses as it has many features like table booking, and mobile orders, it can help in the analysis when integrated with other SAP applications.
