Salesmate.io is a user friendly tool to work on his/her daily activities - creating, editing and updating. Navigation of the tool is easy - giving a user a comprehensive 360 degrees view of each module - Contact, Account or Deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much but I wish Salesmate.io can allow to integrate with databases like ZoomInfo, Calling Tools like Skype. Salesmate.io could improvise on screen performance and resolution. First Salesmate helped our organization to organize the process of end to end sales process starting from Lead Creation to Closure of the opportunity. I like that it is sales friendly. often a CRM is more tailored to marketing purposes, Salesmate is very easy to use for sales guys. Yet offers features like bulk mail and sequencing which is very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The absence of linkedin API. In my opinion any CRM tool that reduces the admin time for sales while capturing all details is rated very highly.
