What do you like best about SALESDOCk?

What stood out most was the structured approach to sales thinking and customer conversations.

Michael Fabian was very clear in explaining how to shift from a support mindset to a proactive sales and CSM mindset. We focused on things like how to communicate with customers, the right questions to ask, how to sequence outreach, and how to target the right people for the best outcomes.

What do you dislike about SALESDOCk?

What do you like best about SALESDOCk?

Before working with Salesdock, our team often chased deals that were never going to close, costing us time, focus, and revenue. Their workshops and guidance helped us sharpen our qualification process using MEDDIC, so hopefully in the future only the right opportunities will move forward. The role-playing exercises were particularly helpful. After learning the theory behind sales techniques, we practiced in small groups of 2–4 people, which made it easier to apply the concepts in real scenarios. The moderators provided tailored feedback, which made the experience interactive and relevant. Some parts of the training covered well-known concepts that felt repetitive, especially for experienced team members. "What I appreciated the most was trainter quick response and ability to deeply understand the internal challenges in our sales department. He quickly analyzed our situation and worked with us to find solutions. The focus on real-life examples from our work, rather than just theory, was exactly what I was looking for.
