A practical framework for transitioning from Support to Sales / CSM with Michael Fabian SALESDOCk

What stood out most was the structured approach to sales thinking and customer conversations. Michael Fabian was very clear in explaining how to shift from a support mindset to a proactive sales and CSM mindset. We focused on things like how to communicate with customers, the right questions to ask, how to sequence outreach, and how to target the right people for the best outcomes. He was patient, clear, and practical in his coaching. Every session left me with clear feedback, actionable tasks, and achievable goals, and I could see my confidence and effectiveness improving week by week.

Structured Implemantation of or MEDDICC concept
