**What do you like best about SalesboxAI?**

Allows easy configuration of the virtual assistant, with the features we want according to the needs of the company and the ideal customer. The software also identifies visitors to our website and obtains important data from users such as their potential, their purchase intent and their profile; this in order to take advantage of visitors to the page and convert them into potential customers. It has a native artificial intelligence chatbot, which can be integrated into both the website and the company's social networks and configured to guide the customer to a future purchase.

**What do you dislike about SalesboxAI?**

The whole process of migrating the company's information to the software and configuring the virtual assistant is laborious and manual, so I recommend having patience. Since it is a software with a technology that not everyone handles, it is advisable that the technical service is always ready to collaborate 24 hours a day; in our case it did not happen this way. I would like the campaigns that we create for LinkedIn, to be able to publish them on Facebook as well, I do not know if it is possible, so far we have not been able to do it.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesboxAI:**

This is one of the softwares that we have liked the most for its effectiveness in making sales and its ease of use. It is very intuitive and navigable, so it was easy to adapt to it. I recommend it to all sales teams of all companies, as they will undoubtedly find many more customers. This is a software that we have been able to get a lot out of it, because our sales agents only focus on customers already selected by the system and achieving a much higher success rate. Now our agents are more focused on the job and closing more accounts per day.

**What problems is SalesboxAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The technology offered by salesbox.ai allows us to create virtual assistants that help us with the entire sales process. The ai captures potential customers, initiates conversations with them, identifies if they intend to buy and provides us only with customers who are ready to buy, so that human agents are only dedicated to close deals successfully. It has key integrations that facilitate the work, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Salesforce, zoo crm and many more. Allows the installation and configuration of chatbot in the different social networks and the website, to convert the visitor into a potential customer. It identifies the visitors of the website and determines which are those who have purchase intent, to achieve a rapprochement with them.

**What do you like best about SalesboxAI?**

I like that their team went out of the way to help set up and get the platform running within few days. My feed got populated with intent accounts and key contacts in no time which was awesome. The icing on the cake is being able to engage these leads that have shown intent through human like emails and social ads such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

**What do you dislike about SalesboxAI?**

I wish I could set up and run LinkedIn campaigns within their platform itself. Currently we can only do LinkedIn audience matching within SalesboxAI and rest has to be activated inside LinkedIn

**What problems is SalesboxAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesboxAI is helping me add the right accounts to my pipeline - accounts which are researching our solution, and ability to engage key contacts and get meetings for our sales team. It's a great productivity booster!
