What problems is Rosterfy solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my first tasks as a newly hired Volunteer Supervisor for a non-profit organization was to streamline our onboarding process. I tried demos for several VMS tools, and none of them felt as customizable as Rosterfy. I’ll admit the implementation process was a bit challenging since I handled most of the project independently; however, Keri Castellano was incredibly patient, easy to work with, and supported me every step of the way.
The automations, emails, checkpoints, and integrations have helped our organization increase annual volunteer onboarding from 3–5 volunteers to 12–20. When I first started using their services roughly 4 years ago, they were new to the game—the little guy. Since then, Rosterfy has come a long way, and I’m excited to see what’s next.
They recently added a support tool called "fin" that connects you to live support. Through this feature, I was connected with Raphael, who has been AMAZING. With the constant updates and improvements to the VMS tool, he’s always there to help me navigate changes and figure things out. Sarah Cotton is our account manager, and she’s been very helpful with my questions and also quick to reply.
Overall, they have a wonderful team of caring, efficient people. I’d recommend Rosterfy to other organizations (I’ve even presented our setup to other organizations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
