The company does not take feedback on feature requests. The price point is WAY too high for what they offer. The platform does not offer offline syncing capabilities. We had started using it for the purpose of volunteer tracking, but the platform did not match what was sold to us, and we have stopped using it because the company was not receptive to solving our issues.
