I love being able to call in to richcall if we are having issues or need support launching a new program. The platform is user friendly and extremely custom. I love having on demand support when we need it. I like being able to see the agent too. It adds personalization to it. This is a professional alternative to Skype and easier to use in my opinion since it is designed for advising (screen sharing, video, screen control) **What do you dislike about RichCall?** I feel it is quite expensive. 500$ a month is not for anyone other than commercial users. This limits the number of calls we make knowing we only get 6 per month to start before having to pay for it. There are far cheaper options for small business and startups. Zoom is easier and more convenient to use in situations where clients need advisement on a product or program. **What problems is RichCall solving and how is that benefiting you?** Outreach is really easy to do now with COVID but also with clients being in different parts of the country and world. We are able to connect and provide service to them that is personalized to our platforms and their needs.
