A review regarding an international phone call application **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2024 **What do you like best about RichCall?** This application targets a main field which is international video conferencing.There is also a phone number to reach out to the sales team. **What do you dislike about RichCall?** This application is not available on Android.The App foundations are based on Rich communication Services however the app is not embedded on multiple mobile devices. It is also complicated to reach the support and the sales team. **What problems is RichCall solving and how is that benefiting you?** From my point of view, this application is much more focus on video conferencing rather than international calls. First of all, based on the technology that they use , the web applications shall be available on mobile, android and IOs along with several web applications.Besides, they shall be several solutions on advanced messaging , international calls and text messages. I believe the lack of end-to -end encryption in RCS follows RichCall and maybe they limited their services. In short, Rich communications services has several features for calling and texting online. However there was an issue with end to end encryption. The WebApp Rich call is not available on multiple marketplace and is targeted the videoconference market. I believe the technology limits the WebApp scope. ### 2. It helped my company IT support to solve issues nad the remote expert, during the covid pandemic, was able to rely on the video sharing feature **What do you dislike about RichCall?** I noticed sometimes a lag in the response of the system. It was not related to the connectiob because we had a very fast one. I have no other complaint about this software. **What problems is RichCall solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved my issues with my IT devices because my IT customer service was able to guide me with the co-browsing feature and the remote expert worked while we were both in lockdown during hte pandemic. ### 4.
