**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

I love that we can text our patients and communicate in real-time with them. Texting allows patients the option to text us when they have time during their busy schedule. We love that we can send the secure link for the new patient to complete before they arrive for their appointments.

There are no downsides to using Rhinogram in our office! We love it!

Communication! Have a record of interactions with patients, whether in the office or not. Being able to let help them get comfortable after hours if something is bothering them.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

It plugs in our patient's appointments for us and sends automated reminders for appointments. I also love how we can send notes and messages to teammates within Rhinogram. This allows everyone to stay in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

One downfall would be that when patients text 2 to cancel their appointment, it does not talk to our Greenway schedule. It means we have to go in and cancel. That is the only flaw.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhinogram prevents us from playing phone tag, allows us to communicate in a way that is easier for patients and staff. Rhinogram also saves our staff time by sending out automated reminders.

I love that it's so easy to respond via text and allow our phone lines to be open. I also like having the app on my phone.

The cost, and the fact that the app makes you sign back in every few minutes or you don't get notifications

Congested phone lines, being able to communicate with Ortho emergencies after hours by texting photos has been extremely useful.

It is the easiest way to communicate with patients and staff with ease.  It's user friendly. It's seamless.

I want more features and direct connection with dentrix.  I want To be able to use Rhinogram for more things. I would like a lower price break.

Great product for people of all ages.  We have started using it in so many ways in our office.  You won't be disappointed!

Adding other lines to help connect our communications system through dentrix has helped so we do not confuse the patients on what line to text.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

The best features for Rhinogram are user-friendly, accessibility and simply convenience. We began using Rhinogram towards the end of 2019 and had a chance to get familiar with its features and what it had to offer for our office. Our team was able to navigate Rhinogram very easily once implemented where a quick training just walked us through how to use it. Here is where it is user-friendly where it was very easy for all age groups at our office were able to send messages and know how to communicate with our patients in all aspects. Accessibility to all of our patients with just a message has been the best thing to happen to our office. We have been able to get in touch and communicate with people within seconds any time of the day. This has benefited our office in aspects of needing to close the office last minute due to a doctor emergency and being able to message patients the night before from home remotely and get in touch with rescheduling appointments. People carry their phones all the time so communication is easy and reliable. Our team can also be on a physical call while sending a separate message out contacting a different patient at the same time making it easy to get two jobs done at the same time. It is also great because Rhinogram is HIPAA compliant so it puts our office at ease that we are communicating with patients while following all the right guidelines and respecting their privacy and information as well. Rhinogram makes it easy to access patient messaging as we get to categorize our own folders and assign patients to a specific folder to have organization and communication. Convenience – it saves us time when contacting patients. Usually people don’t time answering phones these days, so instead of voicemails we send a message to them now. We have noticed an incredible response and are able to get in touch with recall patients easier or simply just sending quick messages about financials or anything at all. 
In addition, the Rhinogram team is responsive and always there to assist if anything is ever needed.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

No dislikes or complaints towards Rhinogram. I really have not run into any major issues that have caused a disruption in my workflow. If any technical issues have occurred they have always been very minor and easy to resolve with a quick message being sent to their support team. Occasionally messages show failed, but usually there is an explanation why (non-textable number or phone is out of service) or the issue resolves itself and the failed message goes away. Our appointment dropdown that displays when the patients next appointment is disappeared at one point as well, but once I reached out to their support team the issue was fixed and resolved within minutes. At times phone numbers unlink to patients information and either I refresh the software to resolve the problem or message their support team and again, within minutes the number is back up and linked again. Since we cannot add the number ourselves, the support team needs to be the one to do so. You would think it’s frustrating, but their response is instant so it has no effect as it is being done immediately. In all, any of these minor technical errors have never interrupted our workflow or caused issues with getting messages out. Rhinogram is always working on updates and making sure the software works properly. And again, their team is really just a message away to resolve any issue and are so helpful.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhinogram has solved many problems in our average workday serving our patients. For starters, communication with our patients when answering a phone call is not available for them. This was especially helpful during the pandemic. It relieved not being able to speak physically from our direct work line but instead remotely message patients at home. It has made it easy and more efficient to send out a message as you get to create your own template and customize a message as you would like to send a quick pre-written message. We have begun using this platform to send out confirmation texts for appointments and have noticed it has helped lessen our recall list and no-shows as patients respond better letting us know if they will be able to make their appointments. It is also great because messaging a patient can also be a good thread of communication to go back and read over as it isn’t deleted and we can easily share with a patient a message that was sent to that if they may have bypassed. We have been able to copy and paste any communication with the patients and upload the threads into their chart so we always have reference anything we sent to them, whether it be regarding their appointment, compliance or financials. I especially love the new feature that we just added, e-forms. It makes sending out new patients paperwork so simple and easy. Creating the e-forms and templates is also easy to navigate and edit. E-Forms have saved us time in the office where patients would come in without the paperwork that was emailed to them and have to complete. Whereas now they are able to review and complete in a mobile-friendly template and sent back to us to download via pdf and upload in their chart. I also like that we can go ahead and make things required to sign or check off so it doesn't allow forms to be completed and sent back without that portion filled out. We would constantly get forms returned that weren't complete yet submitted back to us, but now we are able to solve that problem. Setting up e-forms was made very easy by the Rhinogram team and they were able to implement and add the feature in less than a week. Training wasn't even needed for it because it's so straightforward on how to upload your own forms and edit them as you would like on Rhinogram. I thought just the texting aspect was great, but adding e-forms was definitely an amazing edition. In all, Rhinogram has made a very positive impact on our workflow in whole and it has eased many little things in our office that has solved and made a huge change to our office.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

We love the efficiencies that Rhinogram gives us!  There is much less time on the phone for staff members, and patients can quickly respond to us and us to them. We text instructional links to our YouTube videos regarding caring for their braces or aligners, how to handle emergencies, and more.  This is an easy way for the patient and family to review after an appointment or in response to things that come up during treatment.  Appointment confirmations from Rhinogram show up right on our schedule.  It's also a great way to remind patients about payments due and they are very responsive to making online payments through RhinoPay.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

I wish we could attach PDF files with any text we send.  We currently only have the ability to text PDF files if they are part of a template.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RhinoGram was invaluable to us as we rescheduled over 1,500 appointments that had to be postponed during the Covid closure in 2020.  When we reopened and required patients to wait in the parking lot, texting was a huge help.  Although we no longer have those restrictions, everyone still loves Rhinogram.  The doctors and patients especially find it helpful for  after-hours emergencies.  We have a separate emergency line and ask the family to send pictures of the problem and a doctor is quickly able to respond from anywhere with the Rhinogram app on their cell phones.

How easy it is to use. The texting experience is so smooth and fast. It's not clunky, and it's user-friendly to the max. The interface is amazing. UX is perfect. I could not love it more!

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

I dislike that when we send photos to patients, it shows up as a secure link that they have to click. I feel like it potentially looks a little spammy to the patient. I wish we could just text them a photo.

It saves us so much time. Sending a text versus having to make a phone call has made us so much more efficient. Patients feel the same. They love being able to text us without having to stop what they're doing and call.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

Rhinogram makes it convenient to Hande Emergency Care and avoids unnecessary appointments because we can receive and send images and texts very easily.  It allows the staff to communicate easily with each other in the same thread, so you can follow the conversation and steps taken to help our patients.  The support/customer service department is very helpful and open to suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

Sometimes, it is difficult to search the history of conversations on Rhinogram, using the reporting provided within the system.  That system is sometimes helpful but is missing some search and filtering functions .

Rhinogram allows us to send HIPAA secure messaging for our patients and parents, which aids us in securing demographic and financial information in a way that allows for our clients to feel safe sharing sensitive information.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

Our practice began using Rhinogram a month and a half before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. To say it has been a lifesaver is a grand understatement! The software is easy to use and minimal training is needed even for the least tech-savvy of the bunch. The "shortcuts" such as message templates, team member tagging, and the ability to make separate folders for different patient needs are just the main features that make this software nothing short of amazing.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

Even after asking all the members in our office who use Rhinogram, we have yet to find a negative note on the software. A nit-pick note: we have experienced some patient charts becoming unlinked from their phone numbers, the number just disappears and being unable to edit patient charts makes it so that we cannot add the phone number at that moment, we have to add the number to the patient chart and then wait for Rhinogram to update. While this may be slightly annoying we have loopholed the problem by creating an "Other" profile for the patient.

Calls can be rejected and voicemails ignored. Phone tag is mostly a thing of the past now. We have used Rhinogram as a way to establish an instant and reliable connection with our patients. We are all running on our own schedules and the magic of text messaging is that it takes the pressure off of both parties trying to find that "perfect time" to call. We have also noticed how Rhinogram serves as a log when tracking patients, any team member can log in and pick up where the last left off.

School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County worked with Rhinogram to establish an interface between our EHR, NextGen, and Rhinogram’s texting and video applications. We chose Rhinogram because of its easy and friendly user interface.  We completed the implementation in September 2021 with our pilot clinic and later rolled it out to the other clinics. The application has helped us improve communication with our patients by setting up an automated process to remind our patients of upcoming appointments. We also installed RhinoVideo to help our clinics set up virtual meetings when needed.
Overall, we are pleased with the application. We will be able to implement some internal programs using Rhinogram to help us increase and ease the communication with our patients. The Rhinogram resources allocated to work with us were responsive and collaborative, and we have always gotten a prompt response when we need help from Rhinogram technical support.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

Rhino gram has done something most other platforms aren't capable of.  Not only does it offer inner communications, but it also offers linking up to social media accounts.  So if a patient messages us from FB, it directly goes into a FB group labeled for which office it was for.  It's incredibly convenient.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

If there is anything at all I would request to fix, it is that you cannot immediately fix something on Rhinogram.  You cannot edit patient demographics from within the platform, you have to update on cloud 9 or whatever software you're using, then wait for them to synch up before the change occurs.  It would also be nice if rhino pulled the pt's preferred name for communications as we have a lot of patients who identify differently than their birth certificate.

The benefits of communicating within our office and making sup groups for appropriate staff has been very helpful in streamlining our office communications.  You can address JUST the clinic or JUST the admin.

Simplicity. Extremely cost-effective. Saves an enormous amount of time for the entire office. Patients and staff love it!!! No APP is needed for patients.

WE HAVE MULTIPLE OFFICES AND MULTIPLE RECEPTION DESKS. WE CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE WHO THE MESSAGES ARE FOR. COLOR CODING OR SOME INDICATOR WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL.

IF YOU HAVE A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT OR FACILITIES THAT COMMUNICATE INDEPENDENTLY, RHINOGRAM IS HIGH FUNCTIONING AND EFFICIENT. IT'S CHALLENGING FOR US BECAUSE WE ARE MULTI-UNIT AND HAVE SEVERAL FRONT DESK PEOPLE AND WE CAN'T DIFFERENTIATE WHICH OFFICES THE MESSAGES ARE FOR UNLESS WE OPEN (THEN IT APPEARS THAT SOMEONE HAS ADDRESSED THE MESSAGE) - SEARCH FOR OUR CLIENT IN THE SYSTEM TO SEE WHICH FACILITY THEY VISIT - AND THEN WE HAVE TO MESSAGE THE OTHER OFFICE SO IT DOESN'T GO UNATTENDED.

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

Being a mac-based company makes it difficult to find programs that integrate, and this is it for us!  I love the inter-office messaging, and I love that we can keep our actual phone numbers (that's right, plural) to text patients, and I love that we can use the breeze addition to text-to-pay!

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

We've had a couple of issues with our phone numbers disconnecting, but the customer service is excellent and they fixed the problem right away!

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can communicate inter-office with a great chat feature (having two locations, this is SUPER helpful).  We're also able to text-to-pay for people that do curbside pickups and never come inside to grab a bill.  Most importantly, we're able to tell our patients to simply text our main number 24/7 and that we'll get back to them

The ease of use of text for our clients. Not having them have to log into a portal and just use their phone as a word with their friends and family.

There's not much I dislike but there are some features that I would love to have in the future. Specifically delayed text.

I would definitely recommend Rhinogram to other healthcare providers that want to communicate intimately with their patients. It helps in the healthcare to answer the small questions for families and clients without them having to travel through traffic to see us in the office.

We solve every problem with Rhinogram. Any questions anytime any day yourself a text. Scheduling, billing, education, and general communication.

We are new users, so no strong dislikes so far! We do find it cumbersome to have to reassign phone numbers if the patient is not the owner of the phone number...

People prefer texting over phone calls. We like the select 1 or 2 feature to confirm or cancel and that this automatically confirms patients on our schedule.

Number of clicks required to create a new contact could be fewer, but not an issue with PM/EHR integrations.

We've definitely been able to replace some of our complicated workflows that were necessary for HIPAA compliance (secure emails) and have saved time and expense on being able to eliminate paper mailing for folks wanting itemized statements or receipts.

Rhinogram created an efficient, time-saving, accurate, and user-friendly way to communicate with our patients.   Our patients fell in love with the idea that they could communicate with us through a simple text just like their family and friends and so did we!

Nothing.  There were really no disadvantages to switching from a phone-based communication system to one that is text-driven.

Phone-based communication was very inefficient and time consuming and often resulted in poor and slow communication with our patient base.  Rhinogram has created a fast and effective way to communicate with our patients in a timely fashion and resolve any questions or concerns about treatment in a quick and effective manner .

Our patients and their parents love Rhinogram!!!  The ease of communication is the best! But also the link of communication history to our patient accounts, the ability for patients to text photos as well.  We no longer hear the phone ringing all day. We no longer come into the office in the morning with countless phone messages.  Our team utilizes the in-office communication also daily.  Honestly, we don't know how we made it so long without Rhinogram!

Not much to dislike, but it would be nice if we could attach pictures to personal text messages instead of using a template all the time.
