**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

LOVE the templates, it makes communication so easy. And I love being able to assign conversations to different people.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

That when you assign a conversation to someone, there isn't a place to view all conversations, so sometimes they get lost.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiently communicating with patients!

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

-HIPAA compliance 
-User friendliness
-Patients greatly prefer being able to text
-Helps with pre-appt reminders

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

-Isn't able to integrate without EHR yet
-Too easy to have duplicate patients

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Reaching and preparing patients
-Being able to send links for telehealth, DocuSign, and referrrals

**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

Being able to text our patients, which is more convenient than calling.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

Probably not being able to text a number that is not in the system already.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication between parents and the office while they are not allowed to come in with patients at this time.
