**What do you like best about Rhinogram?**

It is easy to send and receive messages and helpful that we can assign them to our different departments.

**What do you dislike about Rhinogram?**

When our patient synching between our health record system went out, it took quite a bit of time to fix, and ultimately, we had to call in to resolve.

**What problems is Rhinogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sending reminders is pretty straight forward, and it has helped our patients as our phones have been very busy and we are short staffed. Good second option for patients.
