What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?

What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?

Rezolve is very easy to use and the setup is pretty straight forward. The teams at Rezolve keep you informed about everything that is going on and keep you engaged in the whole process from start to finish. It has tons of features and even if it doesnt have something built in their customer teams take it back to their product managers and it most likely ends up being a new feature that gets added. Lastly it was very easy with their help to get it integrated into our environment and Azure tenet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?

I don't really think there is a down side to using Rezolve AI as for its pricing and products its a perfect tool for any sized company or business. The one downside that I have found is that the ticket filtering and customizing is too simple at the moment, but like I said before I was able to discuss this with them and now it may be a feature moving forward so another business won't know that this wasn't originally there. "Feedback on Rezolve Team Support and Technological Limitations"
What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?

1. Customization: I like how customizable everything has been. From the tone of the bot, to the colors and text on each portion of the app on Teams, to even some of the items on the admin website, we were able to change our app to fit our needs.

2. Product Knowledge: I like how knowledgable the Rezolve Team is. Sometimes, we would think of different issues we might have and I would ask Tracy and Mayuri if that was something the bot could do or if they had suggestions for best practices. We were always able to get an explanation of the limitations of the system and get reccommendations on how to proceed.

3. Patience and understanding: I don't have a technology background, but Tracy and Mayuri made undestanding the AI chatbot and the ticketing system easy to understand. I also jumped into this project in the middle of implementation and i was able to get up to speed fairly quickly. The Rezolve team also has great attention to detail. Whether it was a color that was slightly off, or jumping on a call with one of our end users after implementation, Tracy and Mayuri were always ready to help within a short time frame. They always are just an email away and provide quick responses which is cruicial when introducing a new system to the org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?

I think the biggest downside is the technological limitaions of the product. We initially started this project to replace email with the ticketing system and have the chatbot to answer FAQs. I am often amazed by what the chatbot can do, but it can get a bit finnicky when trying to get the bot to replicate past sucessful behaviors and anwer correctly again. As for ticketing, I think it is difficult that it doesn't have the same capabilities as email. We only allow our employees to access the bot via Teams and we are not able to send attachments to end users, links in notifications do break after a while, and the ticketing system doesn't integrate with our company's contacts so employees have to manually type emails. These issues will be fixed in the next phase of our project, but I think it would have been nice to know going into the project that these features will take time to flesh out. What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?

We were able to build a solution using the same platform that provides Automations & a regulated ChatGPT for the company.

First, we were able to create an exciting vision within the teams to be able to serve our teammates faster while offloading the majority of L1 and L2 initial requests, conversations and solutions. This is a big impact to our team's capacity for spending their time on projects instead of tickets. Even the idea of the impact was a positive catapult on our team's energy for the Vision to become Our Reality!

We were able to build custom workflows, server and desktop automations, permissions and approval requests and more. The limit is really up to your imagination. We are able to serve all department requests through the same tool that was marketed for IT - HR, Culture, Facilities, Marketing, IT, Analytics, etc.

Of course, we are able to add contextual data for responses by uploading documents, URLs for scraping, FAQs, KBs, etc. We can also have guided or scripted responses.

We have always had a solution possible for any idea we crafted. The Rezolve.ai Team is always positive and timely in their initial response and meeting new requests or features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?

Others are using their name! There are so many companies these days that there are at least 2 with the exact same name or similar.

I have had the pleasure of using Rezolve.ai for several months now and it has completely transformed our internal operations. The ticketing system is efficient and user friendly. What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?

The support. Avanish has done a great job at hearing us voice our concerns and promptly finding a solution. Anytime we get on a call with Rezolve we always find it being a great experience. The only downside I would say is that the software still needs tweaks here and there to make it more effective. These have gotten fixed as we have brought them up to Rezolve. I like that Rezolve is being regularly improved upon and the support team is always very interested in our feedback. It's great to see improvements that we suggest get implemented.
