I use rexx Recruiting to manage our entire hiring lifecycle, and I really appreciate the multiposting feature with the CV parser. It saves us hours of manual work by allowing us to post a job to hundreds of boards with one click. The digital applicant file and team feedback loop are excellent, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to collaborate seamlessly. I love that we can leave internal notes, rate our candidates, and have a structured data set. The clean intuitive dashboard gives a 360-degree view of all open positions, and I really value the high level of GDPR security and data protection. The transparency it creates across the company makes our candidate data handling more trustworthy. Automated workflows, CV posting, and the AI assistant Rai have significantly reduced our time to hire by eliminating manual data entry and helping us pre-screen applicants faster. I mentioned it has a UX/UI very intuitive, however it is very old-school. It can take a while for new users to navigate the various modules. And also because it is so feature-heavy, the initial setup and learning phase can be quite steep for smaller teams. I have to mention about the Support, sometimes the response time from technical support can be slower than expected. We tried to use n8n and Automa with rexx, but to have rexx API is very difficult. it was not easy, because there are so many tools which need time to learn, the interface maybe very intuitive but still not clear and modern.
