What do you like best about RESUL?

I like how intuitive and organized RESUL is. What do you dislike about RESUL?

I find some of the advanced features in RESUL are slightly hidden, making them hard to find. This can lead to inefficiencies when trying to access these tools quickly. Additionally, I experience slow loading times for certain reports, which disrupts my workflow and hinders my ability to make timely decisions. What do you like best about RESUL?

I love using RESUL for its exceptional MDC campaigns, also known as journeys. These campaigns are incredibly simple to create and have been a significant time-saver compared to other platforms I've worked with in the past. The platform simplifies the process of creating multiple journeys for our organization, which enhances our marketing efficiency. I appreciate the recent improvements in speed, and the team's' willingness to accommodate organization-requested features, which makes our work even simpler. What do you like best about RESUL?

I find RESUL's connected experience solution absolutely fascinating. The multi-channel communication and user retargeting capabilities allow me to set up campaigns easily and trigger communications based on user responses, directly impacting my revenue by enabling the sales team to target users based on their specific interests. The Segmentation and Audience 360 features are crucial in reducing my effort time and increasing revenue as they allow me to target based on interests and engage users more effectively. I am also impressed with the integration with Salesforce CRM, which makes it easier to handle data for our sales. Their customer support is extraordinary, available 24/7, and extremely responsive and knowledgeable. This makes me appreciate them even more as they ensure the setup process was smooth with their fantastic support. What do you like best about RESUL?

I have been using Resul for nearly eight months and find that their features offer an impressive level of complexity. The promised implementation process time was three months, but it was completed in two months, which was exceptional. I was able to set up my domain and audience quickly, starting campaigns from the first month itself. One of the main problems that Resul helps solve is the unification and segmentation of all my data. Their content targeting feature is beneficial, as it allows me to set up communications to target the audience individually from a single campaign based on their specific interests. The features I find most useful are deduplication, content targeting, and segmentation. Their customer support is another highlight, and the complexity and number of campaigns they can manage is impressive, along with their ability for segmentation and deduplication.
