**What do you like best about RiskShield?**

The performance is really awesome, you can even see how long the code you've written takes at runtime, which can be crucial in a real-time fraud detection environment.

**What do you dislike about RiskShield?**

The user interface could be better and a little more up-to date. The internals are fine, though.

**What problems is RiskShield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RiskShield solves the problem of detecting insurance fraud by leveraging a large rule set and machine learning to redlight fraudulent claims that will be checked.

**What do you like best about RiskShield?**

We live in a world of many frauds and hackers. RiskShield helps our company in a great way from being attacked by many financial criminals. This has enabled us to do a better evaluation and minimize our losses.

**What do you dislike about RiskShield?**

The user interface could be more straightforward as that would help reduce the learning curve among our consultants. The application needs to focus more on user experience. That would increase functionality.

**What problems is RiskShield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many benefits. Apart from the noticeable saving on security budgets, RiskShield has helped a great deal in decision making. Also, fraud detection module that this software offers is very beneficial to all our Risk Officers
