A fully customizable chat experience that helps to unload some of the repetitive questions off customer support, but the best part is that it helps elevate the shopping experience by upselling, recommending and guiding customers to particular products or collections. Our account manager (Ruben) is working nonstop, tweaking the responses and recommendations based on the data they receive. Not that it's a bad thing, the backend UX is very technical and difficult to navigate but any suggestions we have are implemented by the account manager within a day (due to time zone differences). With a huge catalog of coffees, teas, and merchandise, we needed the ability to direct customers to the right product more efficiently than simple filters could accomplish.
