"Atera’s One-Pane Platform Makes Monitoring and Patch Management Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

One pane of glass. The Atera Platform allows us to monitor, remediate, and handle patch management through a single management platform, which keeps everything centralized and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The reporting is a bit clunky; however, we’re able to make it work with some manual tweaking and by using specific reporting categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Interface for Easy Multi-Branch User Management, Monitoring, and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Managing users across different branches is much easier than it used to be. With device monitoring, remote support, and centralized ticket management, our team can deliver consistent service no matter the location. It also helps that everything is available in a single interface, so we don’t have to jump between tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

A few location-specific policies required separate configuration, which added some extra setup work. The initial organization of devices also took some effort to get right. Reporting is generally useful, but the filters could be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Remote Management with Room for Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

I like Remote Monitoring and Management because it helps in managing the client environment and provides services to clients remotely, eliminating the need for on-site visits. I enjoy being able to get asset details and run scripts on devices remotely without user interaction. It's easier to get details like the inventory list or specific models, which helps in identifying devices that may need replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The interface could be richer in design features and include more customizable options. Also, improving the ability to automate things would be beneficial. Furthermore, the ability to conduct vulnerability scanning needs enhancement too. Additionally, the initial setup seems like a bit of work, even though some aspects can be imported easily. "A Central Hub with Easy Setup and Reliable Real-Time Telemetry"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

We shifted to this platform mainly because we needed a central hub that didn’t require toggling between three different apps just to handle basic user issues. The agent installation was remarkably straightforward, and once it’s on the machine, we get reliable, real-time telemetry without putting a heavy load on the endpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The mobile application feels a bit stripped down compared to the desktop interface. It works fine if you just need to quickly acknowledge an alert or check a server status while you’re away from your desk, but trying to handle more complex ticket updates or do deeper troubleshooting from your phone can be a bit clunky. "Automation That Eliminates Repetitive Tasks and Frees Up Technicians"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Automation has removed many of the small, repetitive tasks that used to interrupt our day. Routine maintenance, scheduled scripts, and device checks now run automatically. As a result, technicians have more uninterrupted time to focus on projects, rather than constantly reacting to minor requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Automation should always be thoroughly tested before any large-scale deployment. In my experience, a few scripts needed minor adjustments to work as expected. I’d also like to see more robust reporting on automation activity, as the current reporting could be expanded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation and Reliable Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

I really like Remote Monitoring and Management for its automation. It's very easy to use, which is great for creating groups and updating machines on a regular schedule. This makes my day go a lot easier because I can just check the reports to see what worked and what didn't, and make corrections on the fly, making everything faster. It lets me keep my clients secure and up-to-date with the latest changes. Also, setting it up was pretty straightforward, with no problems or complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Some of the limitations with different packages, particularly regarding reporting, are a bit disappointing because I'd expect them to be basic features but they're not available. Also, establishing remote connections can sometimes be difficult with clients, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Agent Deployment and Snappy Remote Connections Across Offices"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The agent deployment process was genuinely fast. We manage about 150 workstations across a few different satellite offices, and pushing out the installer via Group Policy took less than an hour. Once it was running, the remote connection speed through HTML5 or the native viewer was snappy enough that users don’t complain about lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The reporting builder can feel a bit rigid when I need to customize the metrics for monthly client summaries. I usually end up exporting the raw data into Excel so I can format the uptime percentage the way management prefers to see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Routine Tasks Without Sacrificing Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

The platform automates many routine tasks while still giving administrators clear visibility into what’s happening. Monitoring, remote management, and ticket handling work well together, so it never feels like we’ve lost oversight of our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Some automation policies required especially careful testing before we could rely on them. The dashboard widgets also feel somewhat limited in terms of layout and customization options. In addition, a few of the more advanced reports take time to set up and configure properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Ticket Response and Reliable Patch Management with Strong Device Health Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

It allows IT departments to act quickly on tickets, calls, and travel time. It also helps ensure that every computer, server, and SNMP device is kept up to date with the latest security patches and updates. In addition, it monitors all devices and reports their overall health status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

In an environment without a domain server, peer-to-peer networks don’t work very well when you’re relying on scripts. Most of the time, I still have to remote in to perform the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Continuously Improving Tool That Adapts to Diverse IT Setups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

It is consistently improving the product. It seems to handle the variations that most companies have in their IT setup. It is flexible as well, allowing us to script activities that are not directly supported out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote Monitoring and Management?

It seems that some of the more basic tasks can be lacking. My biggest complaint is about organizing our assets and being able to target subgroups to actions and scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
