# What's the highest rated Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platform for multi-site enterprise real estate management?

I've been researching what's the highest rated Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platform for multi-site enterprise real estate management, since managing a real estate portfolio across many sites tends to expose whether an IWMS can actually scale past a single building. IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, Eptura Workplace, and Archibus are the three most cited for this.

Portfolio-wide space utilization would be the report I’d pressure-test hardest. I’d want to compare occupancy, capacity, vacancy, and space costs across every site using consistent definitions, then drill down to an individual building without rebuilding the report. If each location needs separate exports and cleanup before leadership gets a portfolio view, the IWMS isn’t really solving the multi-site problem.
