We only host a few events outside the regular camp season and some can be a bit complex for set-up. The first thing that caught my eye with RegFox was the bounty of helpful, short, video tutorials. Set-up is very user-friendly and intuitive to start with, but I also like to figure things out on my own as much as possible as typically it can slow things down to have to wait for response to a "help ticket" or something of the sort. That being said, when I couldn't find an answer to what I was looking for, I typed a question into the chat box and - wham! - back came a speedy reply from Whitney - a real human being! She was terrific, and continued to be on a zoom that we scheduled to go over a few more questions I had. For actual features, I appreciate creating "actions" (if this, then that) as they allow for a less-cluttered appearance and I suspect it will help with reporting later on. The platform allows you to create codes for specific registrants (discounted or free attendance) so that they can be in the system, making it easy for blast emails, and RegFox also offers numerous templates to get you up and running quickly if you're not into designing. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** It doesn't seem as easy and straightforward to register two people as it could be, though I need to take another look at that. And I'd *love* a housing/accommodation feature where I could enter into the backend (ie for my eyes only) the various housing units we have (cabins and houses at a summer camp) and be able to place registrants in them via drag 'n' drop and then run a report on who is staying where. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** RegFox allows me to set-up an attractive, informative, and efficient registration system for upcoming events ### 6. It took me less than an hour to create my first page and then from then on it was streamlined to about 30 min for the next page. Yes, to "Copy" fuction! And that is with no previous exprerince in graphic design. The templates library, the drag and drop feature, the pages layout - all make it easy, practical and manageable for you to create a beautiful registration page that works really well. RegFox also offer email confimations and reminders, configurable waivers and much more. The registration page seamlessly blended with our website and I saved a decent amount of money by creating the page myself, instead of hiring a designer. There are ways that you can customize the content or add questions to forms to get the information you need. When I have run into a snag, the customer service has been quick and reliable finding a solution or helping me solve the issues I couldn't figure out on my own. I'm into my third registration in just a matter of months and look forward to continued use of RegFox. I have been able to embed registration links into our own web site easily and been able to review registration data on the fly to track registrations and quickly communicate with those who have signed up. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Because there are so many options, it took a little bit of work to find the perfect way to get the information we need, but the customer service was quick to help me figure this out. There are several sign-ups that we use that are for volunteers and don't collect money, so we'll pay a small fee to use RegFox for these sign-ups, but finding it worth the cost anyway. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to creat a way for people to register and pay for an event in one click and still get all the information we needed from each participant. One of our events fills up in 15 to 20 minutes and so we need a swift moving registration form that allows people to sign up multiple people in one form, pay for the people, and pull from an limited inventory of spaces so that we don't over book our event. RegFox has proven to be the perfect tool for this and I have tried several other tools in the past that didn't give me all the tools and flexibility in a one click registration process for participants. ### 11. The entire process went simplly and well. The directions and videos on the site are perfect for an inexperienced, first-time user. Every time I got stuck, or confused, I used the live chat and received a response almost immediately. If I needed to leave the chat for any reason, the response was emailed to me. RegFox is also less costly than other ticket-selling sites and, since my event was a fundraiser for an animao shelter, this meant more funds going directly to the animals. I would use RegFox again in a heartbeat and will recommend the site to others in need of such a service. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** The only downside I found was that it was time consuming, but that was mostly due to my inexperience. Once I received the help I needed, everything went much more smoothly. I would highly recommend a new user to take full advantage of the video tutorials. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to advertise and sell tickets for a fundraising event, and wanting to reach a wide audience, was a little daunting. Easy to use and set up without any knowledge of coding. We use RegFox because we could not find another product that would give us these attributes. Ease of use for refunds, adjustments and reports is also a benefit. App for on-site check-in is useful. RegFox recently updated their payment platform and had phenominal communication with users to prepare them and help throught the changeover. Cannot say enough about the great product functionality and customer support. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Unfortunately, this platform didin't use to offer phone support. However, you can now schedule a call for phone support, a great update and improvement based on user feedback. The help center and the message support once logged in, is responsive and very helpful. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an online registration platform for our not-for-profit events that allowed for merchandise sales at registration as well as easy reporting for multiple users. Ideally, we were looking for a registration platform that didn't require a user to create an account or click through multiple screens. In essence, we needed something user-friendly. On top of a knowledge base with well-documented articles, they have an extremely knowledgeable support team. I specifically worked with Anca a few times in my RegFox journey, and hands down they're the best support person I have dealt with across all of our SAAS products. Quick responses, step by step guides, and in-app screenshots to help us utilize features and fix our issues. Overall, Regfox is a solid platform with a solid team, and our experience has been smooth sailing from the IT and Admin side, which is a rarity in the world of SAAS products. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** I don't have anything negative to say about RegFox. It's feature rich, easy to use/navigate, and anytime we've ran into issues or had questions, the support team is wicked fast to answer. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** RegFox is our tool to get students into classes. RegFox is at it's heart a template built from VERY useful , well targeted modules that are presented in an easy to use format. Beyond that, there's enough flexibility to allow the user to tailor RegFox to their own event. "Actions" are terrific and Soooo easy to use. On top of a fine app, the people are beyond helpful. I've used chat for most of my questions and every one that answered was knowledgeable, patient, prompt and polite. When I asked for a call it came quickly and the answers were accurate. If something isn't possible they tell you outright so no time is wasted. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Some items that are baked into the forms aren't moveable and can't be deleted. The idea that subsequent registrants can't be edited separately from inital registrants. Editing those sebsequent registrants would add a ton of flexibility. Choosing wether radio buttons and check boxes were either exclusive choice or multiple choice would make for nicer looking forms. Your use of hidden options within the Page Builder sometimes leads to questions for support. For instance, when building coupons, the choices for expiration date and how the coupon is applied don't appear unless the Settings "gear button" is chosen and then if the first three fields haven't been completed the choice of what fields the coupon applies to doesn't appear. That behavior lead me to make a support call. Showing the entire form or making the Discription, Code and Discount fields required would have saved me time and saved you support costs. Why the settings requirement is a secret is just beyond me. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** RegFox eliminates the custom coding that we were using. Of course, that comes at a price in flexibility and formatting. The reporting is a huge saving for us and putting controls on users allows us to give access to the data to veryone that needs it without chancing an unauthorized change in the form. ### 32. We don't have to rely on old-school paper forms and people coming into our office to get them signed up or registered for events or competitions. With the ease and customization of the back end, we can create almost anything we need. We use it for RV Reservations, Crab Feed ticket sales, Annual County Fair Exhibit/competition sign-ups, and swap meet registrations. Customer service has been extremely helpful and even sent us a quick screengrab video to help us get what we needed. As a nonprofit Fairgrounds this system works great for us. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** The reporting systems could use some work. It would be nice to be able to customize them a little better. For example, when we have RV reservations, it doesn't show the dates that each transaction is staying. That would help us manage our RV Park availability and know who has reservations when and if they have paid. As of now, we have to run a few reports to get the information we need, and even then it gives us a not super userfriendly excel sheet. After searching and trying out a few other registration systems and never finding the right fit, we stumbled upon RegFox. For example, automatically split the payments up into equal payments to be completed by X date. So if someone buys it 6 months ahead and I have final payments due 1 month ahead of time, that they would automatically have their payment plan option to be 5 monthly payments, etc. I'm hoping that if my participants choose the option for payments that they actually make payments. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting registrations so I can easily email participants and the ability for they participant ot buy insurance. I use the tool daily and have two current event registrations and two being created for 2025. I've had good outcomes for my events. I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events. Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event. It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page. And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning. Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize.
