The chat representative has always been very helpful and takes notes on suggestions for improvement to the system! **What do you dislike about RegFox?** The roll out of the new conference schedule has had a few bumps as expected. I have made several recommendations and suggestions! **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been convenient to have a secure transaction option for our events rather than using another service and having to verify payments! I am currently hosting 4 events on the site, all car show related. There are very few situations where there is not an option to meet my needs. Plus I like the copy feature where can "mostly" replicate one event to another. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** It is very feature-rich, however, some of the fields where all you need is a number, it also creates a corresponding dollar amount. Seems like a wasted use of resource and makes the extract files very large in some cases **Recommendations to others considering RegFox:** Easy to use and fair price for what you get. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned earlier, I use the system for 4 registration sites - all for car shows. I'm not aware of another system with this flexibility at this cost. ### 4. The system is fairly easy to use if you're tech savvy, but if you're not, it might take a little bit of time. Otherwise, the system is straightforward and dynamic, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's needs. They are one of the few, if not the only one, that offers the ability to offer signable, verifiable waivers (instead of a terms of service checkbox). For registration, getting devices connected is super simple. Excellent product! **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Some of the reps take a little bit more time than I'd like to respond to emails and queries. They have only one team member to specific departments, which means some processes for institutions may take a little bit longer (but if you're not in a rush, that's not a deal breaker). **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** RegFox is helping us to solve a specific need for registration: the ability to have registrants sign a trackable, verifiable waiver instead of just checking a Terms & Conditions box (not acceptable by our Legal Department's standards). ### 5. Presenting the conference schedule, speaker details and registration options on RegFox was highly effective. The RegFox tools made it easy for me to check on registrations as they came in, run a countdown for early birds, see helpful stats, make refunds and much more. Support and guidance eased any issues and questions I encountered. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** A few delegates struggled with finalising payments through the system, but they were a very small minority in around 500 people who used it with ease. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Promoting the event, managing registrations, managing refunds, managing delegate mailing lists. ### 6. I outlined a couple of these when I first started using RegFox back in 2021. Alas, those features have not yet been implemented. (although everyone is very supportive and knowledgeable). She is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I know that I can count on her to answer anything I need. (I was very new to this product and had never used it before, and there is nobody at my company that could train me.) Super simple to connect to your bank for billing. It is also SO refreshing to have the support tech be a human on the other side! No bots!! Not only are they human, they're so quick to get back to you and help you! **What do you dislike about RegFox?** It's not really a dislike, I just wish it was different, it's that you have to pay per registrant even if your event is free. However, it's not a deal breaker, use a different platform if you're looking to get event RSVP's for free. I'd prefer to just use Regfox but I'm a non-profit and have to make alternate decisions. The drop down edit options make adding and modifying content easy. Quick chat/response to questions from a customer service perspective also very helpful. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** There doesn't seem to be a template that addresses golf tournaments. I see this as a small/niche gap that could be very popular. I've seen various one stop shop golf tournament organizations that want all the front end and back end control of a tournament. However, that doesn't always seem to provide value. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the amount of time I need for oversight of registered users/players. Both were for small nonprofit organizations hosting conferences at very low price points to benefit the community (versus using it as a means of fundraising.) I have been very impressed with RegFox's features/configurations as well as their help desk's responsiveness. I hope our attendees have an easy time registering and accessing the links. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** While we are able to preview the site, I wish there was a better way you could go in as a "tester" and poke around before the conference goes live. I suppose I can register myself or give myself a coupon, but it would be helpful to have my colleagues be able to do the same. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Low cost product. Some of the other options are really expensive for us. We tend to give out a lot of free tickets and have a low ticket price. We are an all volunteer organization. Even our speakers are volunteering their time! We are not looking to make money, but provide our non profit community and volunteers with high quality leadership training. ### 41. Anytime I have a question, a problem, or need advice on how to set up my event's webpage I am ALWAYS able to reach someone at RegFox and they're always able to help me out! I've hosted two events through RegFox, and both have helped make event registration process SO simple! I can't imagine using anything else now. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Sometimes it's difficult to set up the initial page for payments. Both times I've set up a website I've had to ask for help in setting up credit card payments to include the processing fee so that my company receives the entire payment without losing money from the procesing fee. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reg Fox has helped me imanage my company's events in several ways! They provide easy registration for our participants and customers, help me keep up with registrants and their payments, and help be by answering any questions that I have about the process by providing great customer service.
