Data accurate. **What do you dislike about RedVector LMS?** Been with Red Vector of over 5 years. Really started going downhill around 3 years ago. 1. My account manager lied regarding conversations we had about negotiating the renewal, and her superiors sided with her, costing me a lot of money. 2. Unscheduled updates that would create problems with reporting and functions of the LMS, 3. Had a continued problem that they would not address, which caused extra work for my team, 4. The software just doesn't work well for SEO and marketing, 5. If you have subscriptions, they double charge at the year anniversary, if a person chooses a new course. 6. Not end user friendly. Overall, for the money, choose a newer LMS company and you will get a lot more. Now that we have moved over to a new LMS, we are thriving and didn't know the half of what we were missing. **What problems is RedVector LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** They created more problems than they fixed. RedVector helped us limp along until we could find a better LMS. ### 2. I like the variety and number of courses available to our staff for a low monthly cost. I like that I can add external training information to this site for employee training records **What do you dislike about RedVector LMS?** I would like to see the ability to run one report that covers both red vector trainings and the external trainings, instead of having to run 2 different reports and merge them.
