I personally like the dashboard feature of Razorpay as I can find a transaction on personal details and have the quality feature to set up payments fast if we pay some charges, which will make some payments quickly. I used APIs to create customers, and payment processing, which is smoothing compare to another payment gateway which I used before user's wallet function is also quite good. Razorpay is using tokenization functionality for transactions, so it is secure and safe. This payment gateway has good documentation support, also postman collections with all public APIs, so it's easy for any new developer to develop and use APIs in sandbox mode. **What do you dislike about Razorpay?** The biggest thing about Razorpay I don't like is this to process any payment. We need to use a minimum of 100 paise, 1 rupee, for the transaction process. Without that, any transaction does not capture, so sometimes, if we deduct the user's pending amount from his or her wallet, the remaining due is less than 100 paisa, for example, 90 paise. We have to ask for a 1 rupee load in the wallet that is quite micro-managing things, and that also causes many issues in that project after release as well. **Recommendations to others considering Razorpay:** Razorpay is a great platform that helps us in many ways, but it's based on your requirement and availabilities in your country you can choose. **What problems is Razorpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are that we manage users penny to penny using this platform, so users not losing his or her money and easily manage rents. Also, refund functionality is working precisely, so that is good for end-users. Along with this Razorpay gives it's merchants a Dashboard, via which we can track any number of Transactions that occurred using our app on it, & we can also use it's Developer API, to capture payment at a later instance, when certain conditions are fulfilled, otherwise the payment gets returned to the Customer, maintaining complete transparency, & trust between us & our Customers. Apart from all this, Razorpay also has other Developer API's, & a responsive Gateway, which makes our lives a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Razorpay?** What I dislike about Razorpay, is that even thought it comes with a whole lot of features, that are really amazing, in it's field, but sometimes, the Payment gets duped for no reason at all, which causes a heck lot of trouble.
