Especially, technical support has not been able to resolve a single ticket that I have raised over these years. Agents reply to you until a certain time with standard canned replies. After that, they simply do not respond. Their escalation channels do not work either. I have escalated cases via their website, raised it to my SPOC, looped in their product managers and have even tried mailing their co-founder to get my voice heard. However, nothing seems to work. Just to give you an example, there are two recent cases that I am stuck with. I have asked for the cancellation of my corporate card that I have with them. It has been 3 weeks now and nobody has reached out to me that too after periodic follow-ups in between. I know it will be cancelled one way or the other but I just wanted to highlight how much of your time it will take to finally get a resolution. The other one is a technical concern that I raised about 3 months ago. The usual agents had stopped replying and I had to channel the query through my SPOC.
