What do you like best about Razorpay?

I appreciate Razorpay for providing an easy-to-use checkout experience for my customers, which significantly enhances their payment process. The multiple payment options, such as UPI, Net Banking, Cards, and EMI Options, allow my customers to choose the option that best suits their preferences, making the transaction process smooth and flexible. This variety is crucial in catering to diverse customer needs and helps reduce payment abandonment. One of the most substantial benefits I’ve found is Razorpay's large success rate in payment processing, which is essential for minimizing business loss due to failed transactions. This high success rate ensures that customers proceed with their purchases successfully, minimizing any disruptions that could lead to them abandoning their carts. Additionally, the initial setup of Razorpay was very easy, which helped my team transition smoothly from another product. Overall, these features contribute significantly to a more efficient and user-friendly payment experience, making Razorpay a highly effective tool in managing transactions. What do you dislike about Razorpay?

I find the international payment options challenging, as the approval process is very tough and often results in rejections, even if a merchant can receive international payments via other platforms like PayPal.
