The best thing about Rafiki AI is that it turns sales conversations into clear, actionable insights rather than just recordings or data. It helps teams understand what works, improve performance quickly, and close more deals with AI-driven coaching.

The least helpful aspect of Rafiki AI is that it can sometimes miss context or nuance in conversations, leading to insights that feel generic without human judgment. It also depends heavily on consistent usage and clean data, without that, the value of its insights drops significantly.

The AI-generated meeting summaries are fairly decent overall.

It’s incredibly slow and buggy. About 99% of the time, I can’t log in on the first try, and I almost always have to clear my cookies and website data. Otherwise, when I click "Log in with Google," the page just refreshes and doesn’t populate my information. My entire team has this same issue.

It does its job at a basic level—recording meetings and providing summaries. But getting into the dashboard to actually watch those meetings is a whole other story.

**What do you like best about Rafiki AI?**

Super simple to set up, has all the features that a product like Gong offers but is 1/3 the price. 
My reps love the transcription and the AI summary of their calls. 

It's great for call coaching and for seeing talk times of each meeting participant. 
The transcription also makes it really easy to share verbatim Customer feedback with our Product teams and Marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Rafiki AI?**

so far no downsides have surfaced and we have been using Rafiki for 4 months.

**What problems is Rafiki AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of relying on assuptions and subjective/ gut feelings -- Rafiki provides objective data on what's landing well with prospects and clients and what is not working. 
The ability to have the recording of the conversation, the screen share and the reactions of each participant is so helpful for sales coaching and also for the reps to self coach. If deals get stuck (as they often do) we are able to go back to the recordings to uncover where we may have gone off track or identify who we need to reach out to at the buyer to keep the momentum going. 

We use Rafiki to craft very powerful follow up emails to prospects and to create clear actions steps for the seller and they prospects -- being able to quote the prospects and leverage their own words is incredibly powerful in driving urgency and helping the prospect to recognize that they have a big need.

Rafiki also helps us to identify what top-performing reps do differently,  This helps teams scale those best practices across the organization. New hires can learn from these insights and ramp up faster.

We utilize Rafiki to capture orders and  for quality assurance for our 50 salespersons. It allows new representatives an opportunity to learn from their calls while veteran staff are able to assist more clients, more accurately. From a management perspective, I could not assist/teach the number of salespersons adequately without Rafiki capturing those business opportunities and buying signals.

**What do you like best about Rafiki AI?**

We were doing a research on tools for recording our calls and Rafiki, though it ended up on our shortlist quite ocasionaly, quickly became a leader. It has everything you need. It may not look as fancy or be as 'hyped' as others, but that's not why I'm here. The interface is clear, and it has a bunch of nice features like built-in translation or the ability to create short video snippets, integration with our CRM. The price is reasonable, one of the best on the market. 

But what really makes them stand out is their support. I always look for ways to improve processes and make the perfect, so I was very pleasantly surprised that for any question or idea - I could get a detailed and comprehensive response in just a few hours. The guys at Rafiki are trully open to answer any question and discuss any idea. That's exactly how I expect 'service' to be nowadays.

**What do you dislike about Rafiki AI?**

So far, there's nothing that would really bother me. Maybe the user management could be improved a bit, but that's a 'one-time' process to do and to get used to.

Rafiki was a refreshing alternative to more expensive options. Offering features comparable to Gong. We have been using it for over 10 months and it has grown with our needs and completely revamped our QA process. We were able to process 200 plus Sales , Support, and Success reps and monitor our performance. The AI and transcription is a game changer and has helped our managers focus on coaching and feedback.

There is nothing I do not like, the feature set is growing and gives us complete coverage at a reasonable per-license price.

What I have enjoyed most about Rafiki is the amazing support team.  You never wait long for assistance/replies, they are very attentive and that is super important when time, business-wise is a factor.  I also appreciate the attention to detail that all of their implementations include.  Video tutorials are easy to understand, if that doesn't work for you, they are always open to live training sessions.  The Rafiki team's ability to show their customers individualized attention is amazing, they are professional as well as personalized, when it is required.  Last, but not least the Rafiki Tool Platform is easy to navigate, provides cross-functional uses, and consistently provides new and useful features.

**What do you dislike about Rafiki AI?**

There is nothing to dislike, they are very transparent, they explain what is possible, and are clear about what is not possible.  No hidden schemes, never misleading.

Our organization was having trouble with the Quality Assurance Auditing Quantity, we required more data than we could manually obtain.  Rafiki allowed us to record all calls, and audit those calls with ease.

I recently subscribed to Rafiki after trialing it with my Support team. The AI transcripts are fantastic but the piece that excites me the most is their scorecards, which rates calls based on criteria and questions I can tailor to my needs. The scorecards have allowed me to quickly review calls at a high level while also providing me insights whenever I need to drill into a specific call for more training or review, saving me time and allowing me to focus my attention where it's needed most.

We were previous Gong users that didn't drive the value for the amount that we paid per seat. After changing to Rafiki, there were some nuances to learn; however the implementation of AI for summarization has been huge for the team. Excited to see how this product continues to develop

Could be slightly faster when going from page to page, however Aruna and the team have been rolling out consistent updates to help with that.

Using Rafiki has a lot of great features; my favorite feature is that I can listen to my team members' calls as well as my own so that I can compare tactics and strategies.

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes when Rafiki transcribes your calls, it's not always super accurate. I would like to see a feature pointing out which words and phrases aren't precise to the phone call.

It is tough to notice things you must improve on while on the phone; looking back at my call and noting things I could improve on is an excellent way to strengthen my skills consistently.

**What do you like best about Rafiki AI?**

They are extremely responsive and flexible. I've asked for a number of edge cases to be solved for and they have delivered. Our currently CRM and phone system did not originally integrate with their system and created an integration for me even during my trial period. When I send a note to them, I get near instant responses. Our team enjoys seeing their calls in the system and reviewing the helpful analytics. They have scorecards and topic trackers you can create for the AI to identify specific key words to indicate critical call points were achieved and all can be customized. Overall, given the price point, their responsiveness and willingness to adapt and be flexible, along with offering an excellent at value costs, this has been worth it for our growing SDR and AE teams.

**What do you dislike about Rafiki AI?**

I'll be interested to see how their roadmap shakes out with some of the other big players in the space - would love to see sentiment analysis, real time coaching based on AI, ability to drop in best practices for reps as they calibrate their own calls or peer calls.

Helps give reps instant feedback with call transcription and topic tracking/tagging, scorecards, etc which relieves the pressure on the management team to listen to calls individually and pinpoint themes for coaching.

Firstly, the core functionality, which is call recording and transcription works every time. The reporting and analytics are very helpful. Also, Rafiki integrates seamlessly with our Hubspot CRM, which automates passing of call notes into respective lead / opp fields.

**What do you like best about Rafiki AI?**

I have used other coaching/analytics programs in the past, and I've always felt like I was not their core audience. Since I've mostly worked with small companies looking to scale a team, their seat minimums and price point were always a barrier. Rafiki was the first program that seemed to want to work with a smaller company looking to scale. I've found that the program is on par or even slightly better than other programs charging more than double the amount.

**What do you dislike about Rafiki AI?**

There have been times where the meetings were taking larger than usual to process. However, I can tell you that their support team is responsive and always gets the issue resolved quickly.

**What problems is Rafiki AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coaching and developing reps. Especially now that the team is fully remote, it has been huge and helpful for their development and has been very helpful with onboarding new reps. The healthcare industry has a lot of details and many edge cases that are very challenging to learn. Having a playlist with possible objections, or even common questions that come up is very helpful.

Rafiki does what it's supposed to do. But one improvement area is UX - to give a more exciting user experience
