What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?

If I were to name the most helpful feature in QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBO Advanced), it'd likely be customizable workflows. This feature stands out because it lets you automate and enforce key approval processes—like invoice approval or bill reminders—helping to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?

High Cost Compared to Other Tiers

Pricing is significantly higher than QBO Plus, starting at around $200/month (depending on region).

May not be worth it if your business doesn’t fully use the advanced features like workflows, custom roles, or reporting tools.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Online Advanced?

Banking integrations are solid and make reconciliations easy.

There are lots of options for customizing the chart of accounts.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced?

My problem is more to do with Intuit than the software itself. They seem more intent on packing all the marketing into the app than actually improving controls and interoperability. There are significant price increases each year with very little to show in regard to process improvement and basic accounting controls.
