**What do you like best about Quack?**

The simplicity drew me in for a demo, but it did not fit our use case.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

For the demo, I entered card information. Quack and continually charged me and I have been unable to get in contact with them. I have called and emailed multiple times over multiple months, they continue to charge and there is no way to cancel.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were attempting to use it as a power dialer.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

The price was good if it fit my use case. But you pay for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

Quack only works with three sales engagement platforms, which severely limits my integration options. It doesn’t include phone number remediation or management features I need. The ability to dial only four people at a time is quite limited compared to other dialers that can handle up to ten simultaneous calls. The customer communication was very poor; despite multiple requests to cancel before the trial ended, I received no response, forcing me to dispute charges with my credit card company. This process wasted a significant amount of my time.

I really appreciate the intuitive and accessible user interface. Importing contacts from Outreach is seamless, making it easy to start dialing right away and achieve higher connect rates and more consistent engagement with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

I would appreciate it if Quack could support caller extensions and allow handling more than four concurrent calls.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quack helps streamline my outbound calling. It saves me time by making it easy to load contacts, track calls, and stay organized. I’m able to connect with more prospects in less time and keep my workflow smooth.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

Quack used to be good and function well. 

That is no longer the case has been working poorly for months. 

The support has been non-existent the platform barley functions.

I asked for a timeline for the product to be fixed they suggested I cancel my account. I asked for a refund for the months it has not worked and they never responded again. Very disappointing as originally had potential.

THE SUPPORT and CONSTANT PROBLEMS, do better.

it theoretically should be helping increase volume and connect rate for outbound calls.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

Quack makes it much easier for me to make outbound calls - I was able to raise the quantity of my outbound calls quite noticeably with less time and effort. The customer support from the founders has also been incredible. They hop on Google Meets calls with me whenever I run into any issues and are able to help me immediately.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

I don't like that I have to integrate Quack with a sales outreach platform like HubSpot, since I'm new to this sort of software. That said, the founders were able to help me out whenever I run into any issues with HubSpot, so it's been alright.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making more outbound calls with less time and effort.

Tool is very simple and easy to use - achieves the minimum use case.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

Lacks a lot functionality other tools have in market. When we cancelled, they claimed we had 60 day out that they had buried in terms of use. We never signed a contract and I thought the whole thing was rather shady.

Allowed us to get what we needed done - its very simple and calls prospects as you would expect.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

Quack is by far the easiest tool I've ever had to implement. The team was super effecient and jumped on a call to make all the SDRs comfortable with using the tool. They're also lighting fast when it comes to handling customer feedback and any bugs. Quack made is super easy to integrate with SalesLoft and was pivotal in making our transition from Outreach to SalesLoft. 

Our team uses Quack daily and we're now booking more meetings than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

I would love Quack to allow us to auto-drop voicemails and allow the team to dial up to 6x. However, the team is great at giving visbility and timelines for when new features come out.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quack is solving the problem of time and volume. Everyone knows that Sales is a numbers game, so having Quack allows my whole team to hit their numbers and still have time for personalised touchpoints.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

I absolutely love Quack; it frees up my time to multi-task like I never have been able to before. Anyone in sales knows how repetitive and mentally fatiguing the job can be. Quack has been a godsend. The mental health benefits alone would be worth it; not having to dial hundreds of people a day manually keeps me sharp for things that matter. But the ability to reach more people is also invaluable. It has been an incredibly effective tool for me and worth every single penny.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

Not being able to auto-drop voicemails, but this feature will be a part of quack shortly!
There is a slight delay between people picking up the phone and connecting you, however, once you are away of this it is easy to change your opener to deal with it.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me make more calls and connecting me to people who are picking up the phone instead of waiting on endless rings all day.

**What do you like best about Quack?**

Quack has changed the way my SDR team and I make dials. Since bringing it on, I've been able to get through the same amount of dials in minutes rather than hours. With its focus being on just the dialer its made it really easy to use the tool and get through my dial block.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

As a newer company it makes sense that there are a few things to work on. Think the UX/design could be better. It's still a straightforward tool to use but would just make navigation a bit easier.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we would spend a ton of time on the phone listening to a dial tone and could go through an hour call block without getting a single pickup. With Quack we've been able to have way more conversations in the same time period. Saves a ton of time and helps drive top of funnel with more conversations.

It allows me to get to more prospects in a day and have more conversations. I would be spending most of my time cold calling only to have no one or barely anyone pick up the phone. Now I can get through my dials quicker and have more time to do my emails or more strategic work I didn't have time for before.

They connect you really quick to prospects which is a lot quicker then the other dialers out there but sometimes it can get messed up.

Having a parallel dialer has allowed me and my team to get closer to quota month over month. Something that didn’t seem possible a few months back. While it took some getting used to, being able to call so many prospects at the same time, it gets easier quickly as you start making more and more dials everyday. Cannot recommend enough.

Have nothing to complain about! It has been nothing but a useful tool for me and the team.

To many prospects, not enough time to get into contact with them. We have a huge TAM and we want to get as many customers as possible.

Quack ironically makes cold calling more enjoyable. I don't need to spend hours listening to dial tones anymore and I could get up and running in under 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Quack?**

There are some exciting features coming down the road, so still playing the waiting game for these. Quack gets the job done and is very affordable, but there is some room for additional features/functionality.

**What problems is Quack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quack allows dialing 4 prospects simultaneously, saving a ton of time. It also auto-logs calls that go to voicemail or are invalid. This takes nearly 100% of the admin work out of cold dialing.

Quack’s made it incredibly easy to manage my outreach for hundreds of prospects. I can efficiently keep up with my call tasks now and it’s been 2-3Xing my meetings.

Nothing to dislike. I like simple and easy

Was spending over half my day dialing until I got Quack. Time saver to say the least when it comes to what this product is able to do. Was also able to book more meetings and hit my numbers earlier in the Q.

Sometimes you may find the prospect hangs up before you get connected to them but for the most part it doesn’t make the experience bad

Although the newer company's UI could use some improvement, its simplicity makes it incredibly user-friendly.
