"Limited Integration and Poor Customer Service"
What do you like best about Quack?

The price was good if it fit my use case. But you pay for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quack?

Quack only works with three sales engagement platforms, which severely limits my integration options. It doesn’t include phone number remediation or management features I need. The ability to dial only four people at a time is quite limited compared to other dialers that can handle up to ten simultaneous calls. The customer communication was very poor; despite multiple requests to cancel before the trial ended, I received no response, forcing me to dispute charges with my credit card company. This process wasted a significant amount of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
