In addition to QGenda being an extremely useful tool, I use QGenda on a daily basis. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and support provided by the customer service team. Whenever I have a question, I receive prompt and helpful assistance. What do you like best about QGenda Advanced Scheduling?

Easy to make the schedule for a variety of shifts, FTEs and coverage participants. I've been the provider/administrator at 2 places with very complicated multi-location, multi provider type, with varied FTEs; all for inpatient pediatric team management. I don't use the auto-scheduling feature, it has to be manual due to variances in our roles and shifts, but it is easy to work with and easy to edit. LOVE the options for shift tracking that make keeping the counts even super easy. We just expanded use to a larger group of providers at the hospital and the time-to-learn how to use it was minimal for all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QGenda Advanced Scheduling?

I would like to be able to print grid by task schedules for a group with the ability to re-size columns and put more than one row on a page. Having to recreate an excel or PDF each time to try out different configurations is sometimes tedious and results are either very spread out (grid by task) or very cramped (calendar by task). What do you like best about QGenda Advanced Scheduling?

What I like best about Qgenda is: User Friendly, All tasks that I have to complete within QGenda are easy to accomplish, adding new users to the software is easy to do and since I use this software every single day for my position, it is easy to maneuver as well as to teach to others.

The support available at QGenda is amazing. I have used the help tools and the knowledge centers in the past, but I typically have what I feel are complicated requests for restructuring the usability for various users for our company and I have never had anything less than the best support when I have called the help line. In our newest update for the capacity tab, we were given the BEST team member who was very supportive, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

can't think of anything - had no choice choosing platform for our schedule.

Maybe hospital on calls like it however they fail to complete it not so maybe not.

What do you like best about QGenda Advanced Scheduling?

The app functionality for all staff is the most liked feature from the user point of view. The functionality in the Admin settings is fabulous from an administrator point of view.

The set up and implementation phase was very straight forward, and the customer support was excellent not just during implementation but continuously.

We use QGenda on a daily basis for approving annual leave requests, etc and the simplicity of its integration into the department has been well received by all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When trying to arrange a swap, if the shift pattern if for a week, you need to swap each day individually, and this is quite time consuming from an end user point of view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Handles complex call rules in consideration of work patterns, call rotations, call frequency and balance amongst staff

- Good, simple desktop interface for physician daily use in reviewing and submitting changes for their schedule

- Provides insight for the administration team through data analytics and historical data. Complete in offering several report configurations

What do you dislike about QGenda Advanced Scheduling?

- Set-up for your department will take some time and will require several meetings with QGenda - lots of custom development required

I love how easy Qgenda is to use as an administrator and very user friendly for my staff as well. Being able to access the site from a computer, ipad or mobile has been great for me.
