I find that I can use qgenda to see the interface with other groups in my department and work out a meeting time when combined groups can meet. Sometimes I get caught up in adding people into specific schedules that may require overriding the set rules, and it can be a challange. The interface via the internet and app is easy to navigate. Its versatility resides in the effortless way of creating automatic schedules or manual inputs, as well as the Copy&Paste and Drag features. There is a vast selection of standard reporting that can be used by any practice, but also the option of creating a customized report.
