QGenda has provided online schedule access to our physicians and advanced practitioners as well as all outside locations that need to know who is available to take care of patients in the 14 locations we serve. It integrates with Outlook so calendars are synched and overlaps don't occur. There is mobility, as well as a website that stays logged in so that end users can take advantage of looking at the schedule whenever needed. We have a complex algorithm that assists with keeping our schedules fair amongst our providers. Reports are easy to run, save and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Changes in scheduling sometimes require assistance with a programmer to meet the complex algorithm, however the programmers are very knowledgeable and there are many self-service tools that may be referenced to update simple changes via self service. Customer service is outstanding - responsive and accurate. We use the Schedule - Timecard - Compensation and it has streamlined the orgainzation in a very positive way. We are actually looking at the physician onboarding module and it seems very impressive. Because the service, product and accuracy of the product has been so good, I would look at any product they produce in the future and consider it if it works for this medical practice. We no longer have the inefficient payroll process of the prior home grown system that we used to work with, in addition, the physician scheduling program we were using was sunsetting, so we needed to make a change. Once we heard about the compensation program, we felt it was just a great connection for us. We were tough clients with very high expectations and demanded the product work as promised. We just completed our first year on the compensation program and I can tell you that my life has dramatically improved with this program.
