  ### 1. QA Wolf: A Huge Help for Our QA Team at Autotrader.ca

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saima A. | Software Engineer in Test, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Working as an SDET at Autotrader.ca, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with QA Wolf, and it's been a game-changer for our QA process. Here's how they've made a difference:

Seamless Test Automation: I write manual test cases, send them over to QA Wolf, and their automation team turns them into automated scripts. The best part? They send back these scripts with step-by-step video walkthroughs, making it super easy to follow along and ensure everything's spot on.

More Time for Manual Testing: With QA Wolf handling the automation, I can focus on manually testing new features for each release. This means I can dive deeper into exploratory testing and write more detailed test cases, knowing that the automation is in good hands.

Smooth Integration: They've integrated the automated tests into our release pipeline. So, every time there's a new build in the QA environment, the test suites run automatically and alert us to any broken functionalities. Plus, they run sanity tests in production after each deployment, adding an extra layer of confidence.

Proactive Bug Reporting: If something breaks, QA Wolf doesn't just flag it; they provide detailed bug reports. This proactive approach helps us address issues swiftly and maintain the quality of our product.

In a nutshell, QA Wolf has been an invaluable partner, streamlining our QA process and allowing us to focus on delivering top-notch features to our users. Their support has truly elevated our testing game.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Honestly I couldn't find one thing that I dislike about QA wolf.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has been a game-changer for us at Autotrader.ca. They've taken the load of automating our manual test cases off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on testing new features and writing detailed test cases. Their integration into our release pipeline ensures that with every new build, automated tests run smoothly, catching any issues early on. Plus, their proactive bug reporting helps us address problems before they escalate. In short, QA Wolf has streamlined our QA process, making our releases more reliable and freeing up our team to concentrate on enhancing product quality.

  ### 2. Great team enabling fast and stable product development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeroen R. | Platform Operations Tech Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team are excellent comunicators. They are proactive in keeping up to date with our product changes and any test failures, and very understanding of our situation. They are very quick to respond to any queries, and commit lots of time to helping us when we ask them to.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Test workflows can't be run in parallel, and can be slow when tests span multiple devices (e.g. switching between web and mobile).

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to change our product quickly, and don't have an internal automation-focused QA team that can enable that. Hiring one takes time and doesn't guarantee success, while a proven 3rd party like QA Wolf does.

  ### 3. So easy to implement, fantastic coverage, awesome communication!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn H. | Quality Assurance Lead, Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I absolutely love QAWolf's automation solutions; they're able to take the Test Cases we provide, and come back to us with reliable and efficient automated tests! They're amazing communicators, are always quick to report real bugs, and are completely open to take part in follow-up chats. They've been so valuable in all of the work that we do every day, and have been huge in giving us peace of mind, whether it's automating tests for new features, or existing systems!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I only wish the text editor when making Coverage Requests on the QAWolf side was a little more robust; adding Coverage Requests in Slack is a good alternative, but I feel like it would be easier to have everything contained on the QAWolf end - a better text editor, with the ability to add images, etc. - might help!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Across the board, QAWolf has been a huge help for us at Prodigy. When it comes to automated tests across our existing websites to make sure core functionality is going strong, QAWolf has been there. When there's new features, or user experiments, that we'd like to automate, and look into over shorter periods, QAWolf has been a great help! Even when testing different user scenarios within our games, QAWolf has been absolutely incredible with that too! They've been a very reliable partner in software automation!

  ### 4. Collaborative, highly effective QA partners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Sr Director of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I have found working with QA Wolf to be very rewarding; they are a skilled, engaged, highly professional team that cares about results and adding value. They are very autonomous and are able to develop rigorous test coverage with little guidance, and thoroughly vet bugs before forwarding them to us. While working with them, we've had excellent engagement...none of the delayed back and forth that sometimes characterizes engagements with other firms, nor a flood of valid but low-impact bugs to provide their value. Instead, they've shown up as I would expect members of my own team to, which makes me comfortable on relying on them for this function, and which makes the teams they interact with here happy to have them.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I can't think of any, really. Even the tests they write belong to us, so we aren't locked in due to sunk cost issues.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has bootstrapped out frontend test automation, which is not something we've focused on previously. They brought a wealth of experience and insight and have helped this program be truly effective.

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I appreciate how they maintain consistent communication and respond quickly. They are also proactive in informing you about any potential issues with your product.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Occasionally, some behaviors that are reported as bugs turn out to be expected features. However, thanks to their proactive approach, these misunderstandings are resolved quickly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA ensures that our software meets high quality standards and that each new release maintains that same quality.

  ### 6. Great AI Partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis M. | Direct of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Saves a ton of time being able to offload some of the testing burden. Customer support is top notch, easy to use. Implementing a new coverage is as simple as recording a loom, and the team is whip smart.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

the only downside is that the test suite can take a while to run, but that is mostly on us since we have a massive app and test suite.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a super complex app with many moving pieces. QA Wolf helps us offload the QA burden.

  ### 7. An extremely successful partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is one of the most responsive external partners I've ever worked with. They have a skilled staff who works well with our team's engineers to detect and solve issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I don't have any complaints so far, and I wouldn't have any hesitations recommending QA Wolf to a colleague!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps to automate some of our regression tests, allowing our in-house engineers to focus on new features or parts of the codebase that are going through rapid iteration.

  ### 8. Outstanding Experience with QA Wolf!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisabeth R. | QA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Our team has had an exceptional experience working with QA Wolf. They have been instrumental in helping us write automated tests for our applications, and their thoroughness has been truly impressive.

From the start, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs, ensuring that every test was comprehensive and well-structured. Their attention to detail has given us confidence in our automation suite, and we’ve already seen the benefits in terms of improved efficiency and reliability.

Beyond their technical expertise, QA Wolf has been fantastic to work with. Their communication is top-notch—they keep us informed every step of the way, proactively address any concerns, and collaborate seamlessly with our team. It’s clear they care about delivering quality results and making the process as smooth as possible.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The cost of the tests at some point is prohibitive

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have enough QA staffed at our company to keep up with the workload and to write the tests we would like to automate. QA was able to take our written tests and convert them into automated tests so that our in house QA team could focus elsewhere

  ### 9. Pleasant and effective cooperation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Very responsive team. They agreed to enhance test flows as I needed, to do all the checks I need per test. The Customer Success agent is very helpful and diligent on all matters, actual action was taken based on my feedback.
Always ready to schedule meetings and resolve problems ASAP.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The price is high. Not every startup/company might be able to afford it.
It took some time to adjust it to the convenience of our devs.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick creation/execution/maintenance of automated e2e tests

  ### 10. Easy to integrate and a great team of people to work with!

* disclaimer: these opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect that of my company

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helped fill a gap in automated testing.

  ### 11. Excellent regression testing solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Senior Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I'm really happy with the QA Wolf product. It was able to quickly spin up meaningful regression tests against a rather complex web application. The regression tests have continued to prove their worth as we continue to improve our product. The best part is that QA Wolf's hands-off approach for test creation and regression bug triage allows my team to focus on creating new and exciting features without having to spend large portions of their time ensuring existing functionality is still working.

QA Wolf was very easy to implement. They handled the onboarding and test creations, and any issues or concerns we had were quickly addressed. We run regression tests several times a day, and the ease of setup and integration with our CI/CD process has made life much simpler in terms of testing and releasing.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

A full regression run can take a long time to complete and review. This is mainly due to our product's complex setup, which can cause other areas not to behave as expected during testing. This limits the number of concurrent tests that can run, which increases run times. I believe this is less an issue with QA Wolf's product than with the complexity of our product. However, as QA Wolf learns more about our product setup, the tests are getting better and more stable.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf solves the continualy problem with any software updates, introduced regression bugs. They are great at implementing useful tests that have proven to quickly catch introduced regression bugs as we continue to update and improve our product.

  ### 12. Pleasantly Surprised Engineering Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I was skeptical of QA Wolf's claims that they would hit their advertised rate of tests. but so far they've hit out of park in terms of test quality, coverage, and speed of implentation. We're already seeing value in the first month, just from the tests alone. That isn't to mention their actual test running suite/system. It's really easy as a technical manager to go see what the tests are doing, and how they fail when they do.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Not much to be honest, the price can be hard to swallow, or at least was for me at first. That said if you want top notch E2E testing you're paying for it time or money.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has allowed my engineering team to focus on value generating feature development while letting QA Wolf handle managing our E2E suite. At it's core it's like staff augementation, but with a great SaaS platform to back it up.

  ### 13. QA Wolf is a Strategic Partner in Overall System Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg J. | Senior Quality Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf offers essential resources that enable our organization and stakeholders to allocate internal efforts toward more strategic functions. This shift results in improved efficiency and quality throughout our systems, team, and processes. The team implements tests quickly and initegration between our teams is strong. Their functions also integrate with a number of our tools. This makes it easy for feedback to be shared frequently, and reliably.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Sometimes, I encounter challenges when issues arise while working through issues with test cases. It may be a two-way street, but I believe our communication could be clearer to facilitate smoother collaboration.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is allowing our Automation engineers to operate more stratgeically and frees up runway to stay ahead of new features and product design. Our automation engineers spent a lot of time maintaining existing tests prior to impelmenting QA Wolf.

  ### 14. Excellent Automation Testing services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

I had the pleasure of working with QA Wolf, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and the quality of their software testing services. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of software quality assurance processes and industry standards.

What stood out the most was their attention to detail in every phase of the testing lifecycle. Their use of cutting-edge testing tools and methodologies ensured that any potential issues were identified and addressed promptly.

The communication throughout the entire project was seamless. QA Wolf kept us updated on progress and provided insightful feedback and recommendations that improved the overall quality of our software. They were quick to respond to any queries, and their team was always available for support.

What I appreciated most was their ability to tailor testing strategies to meet our specific needs. They helped us ensure that our product was not only bug-free but also met the performance and security standards we required.

Overall, QA Wolf is a top-notch software testing company that delivers results. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and professional software testing services, I highly recommend QA Wolf

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf team is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and the quality of their testing services was excellent. The software was thoroughly tested, and their attention to detail was impressive.

That being said, there were moments when communication could have been a bit more proactive. At times, it felt like we had to follow up to get updates on the progress, which could be streamlined to improve overall project flow. A bit more transparency on timelines and milestones would help manage expectations more effectively

Despite these small areas for improvement, I genuinely appreciated the professionalism and dedication the team showed throughout the process. They were responsive to feedback, and it’s clear they are committed to delivering a high-quality product. I’m confident that with minor tweaks in communication and test planning, they can offer an even better service.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with QA Wolf to automate the testing of our car dealership website was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team demonstrated an impressive level of expertise in both automation and the automotive industry, helping us ensure that our website provided a seamless experience for our customers.

From the very beginning, QA Wolf understood the complexities involved in testing our car search and comparison features, booking forms, and payment processes. They provided a detailed strategy that outlined the scope of automation, identifying all critical areas that needed testing, including our vehicle search filters, test drive form submissions, and car comparison tools.

The automation framework they implemented was robust and efficient. The team used playwright to write clear, maintainable test scripts that covered all the essential functionalities of our website. They even took the time to tailor their testing to handle our unique business processes, ensuring all car models, search filters, and booking forms worked flawlessly across multiple browsers and devices.

What truly stood out was the thoroughness with which they approached the testing. They not only focused on functional testing but also ensured that the website was responsive, fast, and user-friendly across various screen sizes. Their tests were designed to handle edge cases, such as price filters, availability checks, and even the more complex comparison features, ensuring that everything worked perfectly under different scenarios.

Their communication was excellent throughout the process. The team provided regular updates on test progress and results, and they were quick to address any issues that came up during testing. We received comprehensive reports detailing both passed and failed tests, along with actionable insights for optimization.

  ### 15. Like part of the team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | VP of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Our experience with QA Wolf has been really positive. During the pilot, the team was able to understand our business quickly and worked closely with us to define various test cases to support a variety of use cases and product offerings. As the pilot closed and we expanded our usage, the QA Wolf team helped us set up tests for accessibility and load testing, unlocking whole new "classes" of quality testing that weren't available to us before without a significant investment in infrastructure and headcount. With a little work on our part, our team now has tests running as part of our CI pipeline, giving our team significantly more confidence in the quality and stability of our releases.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I'm looking forward to additional reporting capabilities being added to the portal.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing end-to-end test coverage in a highly scalable platform that allows us to release more often with higher confidence.

  ### 16. QA Wolf Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team is great at answering questions quickly and professionally. They are always happy to answer chats or jump on calls and solve problems when they arise.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Sometimes new test implementations and alterations do not have specific timelines on completion, which can make planning difficult.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps to automate our internal regression testing, which reduces the manual testing time on our internal team members.

  ### 17. QA Wolf automates browser cloud software tool with high-level of customer service and visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie P. | Sr. QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Ease of use of their tool and environment

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Automation can always be faster. Once we have 150 tests, it takes about 50min but our software also has a big role in the speed.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regression testing of cloud software. It allows internal QA time to focus on new features and bug fixes.

  ### 18. Great partners and a powerful tool to improve quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is more than just a SaaS product — it’s a true partner in driving comprehensive test coverage and ensuring quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Unlike tools that address only part of your organization’s quality needs, QA Wolf integrates seamlessly into your deployment processes and delivers value quickly. Whether triggered by developer actions or scheduled runs, QA Wolf’s test suites are designed to align with your workflow right out of the gate.

Managing communication around test failures, acceptance criteria, or new coverage requests is streamlined with QA Wolf. Instead of juggling multiple channels, you can efficiently handle these needs through regular meetings with a dedicated support person or asynchronously via shared Slack chats — ensuring fast and effective collaboration.

Once your baseline test coverage is established, QA Wolf’s robust analytics and reporting tools help you identify which tests provide the most value. This data-driven insight allows you to manage both costs and development time effectively. If you already have local test coverage in place, QA Wolf complements it by enhancing your confidence that bugs and regressions won’t slip into production.

QA Wolf’s ability to build complex end-to-end test suites is especially valuable. By providing expected behavior details and acceptance criteria, you enable QA Wolf to create comprehensive tests that would otherwise demand significant developer effort to build and maintain. Even better, QA Wolf can leverage your existing product documentation to develop new coverage — minimizing additional workload for your teams.

From firsthand experience, I can confidently say QA Wolf has been instrumental in maintaining our organization’s high quality standards. Their platform has helped us define coverage goals, track key metrics, and improve deployment confidence. The frequent use of scheduled test suites and ongoing refinements have played a crucial role in accelerating our ability to ship with assurance.

If you’re seeking a testing solution that not only enhances coverage but also becomes an integral partner in your development process, QA Wolf is an exceptional choice.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Currently the only area for improvement that I would like to see prioritized by QA Wolf is in obtaining there total HIPAA compliance so they can enter into BAAs. This would be an additional unlock by allowing organizations with protected health information to further integrate QA Wolf into their systems and provide value even earlier in the development cycle.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a complex distributed architecture regressions caused by unintentional side effects can be source of frustration for developers, delay deployments, and hurt overall product quality. Instituting and maintaining end-to-end testing suites that provide coverage at critical points in a user journey when they are comprised of functionality from a host of microservices presents significant challenges. QA Wolf addresses these challenges directly by allowing our team to define expected behavior and areas of concern and offloading the test creation and maintenance. Additionally, we are able to get signal in real time of the amount of coverage we have, where this coverage is focused, and what areas present the greatest risk. Not only does this allow us to further leverage data to drive our development but it allows us to do so before we impact end users.

  ### 19. Regression testing with a new system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joni S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They have a standard list of test cases to help get the regression testing started. They then used their time to learn our system and came back with test cases for us to approve what we want them to test.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

So far no dislikes. We have been working through scenarios or issues as they come up.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us with a smaller testing team and using their resources to help us test to make sure all basis are covered.

  ### 20. It has been a great partnership.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanay P. | QE Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

From the beginning, their tem demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in web automation testing. The highlight of working with them is their steller communication. They kept us informed at every stage of the process, ensuring that we were always on the same page. Their platform is very efficient, allowing us to run and request tests at great speed.
Overall QAWolf has transformed our testing process, combining high efficiency with excellent communication.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The area that I think they can improve on is to provide more in-depth reporting on things like test run times, what areas of app are more susceptible to bugs, etc. That said, these are minor concerns in an otherwise excellent experience.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are very efficient in converting requests into automated tests and their platform is very user-friendly. Using their platform we saw reduction in the time spent on manual testing, freeing us up to focus on other tasks.

  ### 21. Professional interactions, quality service and fast responses.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Simple and easy to use platform with expanding features often in response direct to feedback. Quick response times for requests and maintenance. A useful addition to our develope pipeline that provides greater confidence and peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

For applications that are more complicated or frequently changing due to rapid demands and shifting expectations, a closely integrated and highly knowledgeable resourced is often necessary. But, QA Wolf excels at handling the more routine tasks that can otherwise become too costly over time.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Code is released frequently and rapidly due to demands and expectations, and QA Wolf quickly handles a signification portion of the repetitive testing that would otherwise cause delay due to lack of resources available, leaving smaller teams the ability to focus on new code changes.

  ### 22. Highly responsive, very thorough testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dzuy L. | Sr. Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

One of the best things about QAWolf is their responsiveness. They're very good at answering and asking thoughtful questions that make for more thorough tests. Our engineering team greatly appreciates having a QA partner that's reliable and trustworthy.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While they've been very collaborative on pricing with us, it's still a costly endeavor but considering the alternatives (competitors and internal QA teams), it's still a smart choice for us.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with QA Wolf allows us to automate testing without building a costly internal QA team

  ### 24. Great way to get test coverage without impacting feature development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The end-end service is real and amazing. If a test fails QA Wolf looks at it first and determines if it's just that the test needs to be updated (they fix the test) or if it's a real bug (they file a ticket).

Every member of the QA Wolf crew was smart and easy to work with. That in rare in my experience.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It is expensive to use QA Wolf to test vs. multiple environments. I understand that there has to be an upcharge, I just wish it was lower.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are focused on rapidly implementing new features for our customers. QA Wolf enables us to get great test coverage without distracting our engineers. We challenged QA Wolf to write tests for our most important features, not just the things that were easy to test. They met that challenge.

  ### 25. Great and knowledgeable team to work with

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I like being able to hand them our documentation over and that they get the tests working, the platform and being able to see the code is also great!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It takes some time to get going, but they listen to what the priorities are and work based on that.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us solve the ammount of manual regression testing done by our team freeing up our time for other more important testing.

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolff have automated more features in 3 months time than we have internal success with over 2 years. Very responsive , maintain tests and overcome obstacles constantly.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Some communication overhead when running into internal limitations but this is expected when dealing with a 3rd party.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currenty do a manual base regression pass twice a week that takes 4 hours. QA wolff are automating the most time consuming part resulting in reduced time taken to release a feature, issues caught further left and freeing up internal QA time to focus on more important initatives.

  ### 28. QA Wolf makes front end automation testing a breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While QA Wolf offers exceptional services and has numerous strengths, one aspect that may present challenges for some clients is their pricing structure.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf solves critical problems for Vendoo by taking over the automated regression testing for existing functionalities. This allows our small team to allocate more time and resources towards testing new features and implementing enhancements to our platform. By offloading the responsibility of automated testing to QA Wolf, we can ensure that our software is thoroughly tested according to best practices while maintaining a high level of quality and reliability. Additionally, QA Wolf's proactive approach to sharing bugs and unexpected behaviors they discover in the app ensures that issues are promptly addressed, preventing them from escalating and impacting user experience. Their comprehensive dashboard provides visibility into all automated scenarios, current coverage, daily runs, and CI for tests, allowing us to track progress and make informed decisions.

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team is what makes the QA Wolf platform stand out. Their team really understands how to think about automated testing and how important it is to their customers' business. They take all of the headache out of figuring out the nitty gritty details of writing tests and triaging test issues. We have a high amount of trust in their ability to do the right things and work with us on the gnarliest testing scenarios. We use the platform for daily releases and it is fully integrated into our continuous integration pipeline.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is primarily focused on automated testing and therefore does not support our manual QA use cases.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf provides the resources to dedicate to automated testing so that our business can allocate resources towards other business initiatives. The tests that are written are high quality and well-maintained.

  ### 31. QA Wolf gave us a productivity boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Funny enough it's been the people interactions that have excited me the most about working with QA Wolf (sounds odd for an automated service) - from pitch, through onboarding, to implementation, it's been an enormous pleasure to work with everyone at QA Wolf. They're so eager to assist, quick to follow up and follow through. Acknowledgment and feedback on questions and requests is frequently (and mind-blowingly) almost instantaneous.

I'll admit that I was a bit of a skeptic at first. We have a difficult product to test and QA Wolf was our third attempt at breaking free from a laborious software delivery process with many manual gates. It became clear early on that the coverage provided by the QA Wolf tests would pay great dividends - accelerating the feedback to developers and drastically shortening our deployment cycle times.

I was blown away by the completeness of the initial test plan and how easy it was to get underway with QA Wolf. The QAEs executing the test plan were quick studies on our product that is feature and integration-rich. They made it exceptionally easy for me to troubleshoot and assist, always providing detailed issue reports, videos, and examples where they encountered problems.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

There isn't much to dislike. We've made a few feature requests along the way that I am confident that they will address and/or already have in the pipeline. I've always felt that QA Wolf took any feedback we provided to heart and worked quickly to get it on a roadmap.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is allowing us to ship software faster and with more confidence.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation testing coverage and continuous checks to prevent new bugs

  ### 33. The best in automation and QA!

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

•	Communication
	•	Attention to detail
	•	Automation
	•	Priority support
	•	Good work culture
	•	Excellent technical level

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

There isn’t much weekend support, but they have a team in Australia that provides out-of-office hours coverage for those of us in Western time zones.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is a technological marvel. They help immensely with test automation and allow you to find issues before deploying anything to production. They are highly efficient, and as soon as they detect an error, they immediately communicate it through the proper channels so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible. If your plan is to automate tests and prevent errors, QA Wolf is definitely your go-to option.

  ### 34. QA Wolf provides peace of mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

No matter the time of day, the team is consistently ready to offer instant support and assurance, a boon particularly vital as deadlines loom. Should the support rendered seem to fall short of one's specific requirements, they are prepared to modify their solution for a perfect fit. Their profoundly human touch not only fosters a sense of unity with the team but also makes it easy to forget that they are an external party. Their emoji game is an underrated superpower providing a much-needed source of comfort when stress levels escalate.

Heartfelt shout outs to Jaime Berns, Hamilton Truong and Australia's Ben 1 and Ben 2 for being an absolute pleasure to work with!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It does take some time to for a coverage request to progress from pending to fulfilled. In a fast-paced startup, patience can be challenging but once the workflows are up and running, it's hands off and smooth sailing.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once upon a time, we had to manually test each setting within our app. This was many moons ago.

  ### 35. QA Wolf has finally solved E2E testing - and they are incredible to partner with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I've spent years trying to solve E2E testing at multiple different companies. I've tried building out internal QA automation teams. I've tried having engineers build and maintain the E2E infrastructure and tests. I've tried hiring outsourced contractors to do the same. Those teams tried various implementations of Selenium, Nightwatch, WebdriverIO, Capybara, Cypress, and Playwright. They all failed.

QA Wolf has figured it out: use open source technology (Playwright) to build non-proprietary tests, but run everything on a purpose-built infrastructure and wrap it in a custom interface that makes it easy for customers to observe. Pair that technology with a group of truly top-tier employees (smart, competent, communicative, highly responsive, and genuinely nice!), and take over the entire testing process soup to nuts. We give them a screen recording of the expected behavior, they write automated tests to verify that behavior. When a test breaks they immediately ask us if it's a bug (we fix our code) or an expected change (they update their tests). That's it. We don't have to do anything else. It's incredible.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

There's really not much to dislike. One of the best vendors I've ever engaged with.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf handles 100% of our automated E2E testing. E2E tests provide the highest level of confidence because they test actual user behavior in actual deployed environments. But they are typically hard to write, expensive to run, and brittle to maintain. QA Wolf solves those issues, which means we can rely much more heavily on E2E-style tests, while spending very little time and effort to do so. It's like having the best internal QA automation team you could imagine. And the partnership is so strong that it actually feels like we're interacting with an internal team.

  ### 36. Automated QA with the QA Wolf Pack 🐺

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

QA Wolf excels in running automated tests and delivering detailed bug reports, ensuring that our releases are free of regressions. Their service saves me a lot of time, allowing me to dedicate more attention to testing new updates and bug patches.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I haven’t encountered any drawbacks so far. Even when we have questions, new requests, or face occasional false positives, their team is responsive and quick to resolve the issue.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is solving the challenge of maintaining test coverage and ensuring that no regressions occur during our product releases. Their automated testing helps catch bugs early, which saves us time and resources that would otherwise be spent on manual testing. This allows me to focus on testing new features and addressing specific issues, ultimately improving the efficiency and quality of our QA process. Additionally, their responsive team and efficient bug reporting system ensure that any issues are addressed quickly, keeping our releases smooth and reliable.

  ### 37. Really positive experience working with QA Wolf

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rawan S. | Sr Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The collaboration! The humans behind the automation are super refreshing. I've had a lot of great collaborative conversations and the people working for QA Wolf are top notch.

Also, the reliability with the automation itself. Since a majority of our testing suite has been built out, QA Wolf catches things first before I do.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf portal is a bit difficult to consume. The UI isn't super friendly to showing in real time what failed vs what is just a potetnail fail.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is saving me hours of random QA spreadsheets and manual testing suite

  ### 38. QA Wolf is super helpful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has been incredibly responsive and quick with helping us with all our needs. It was easy to integrate with them and they have really supported our testing needs. They communicate with us through channels that work well for us.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Really nothing bad to say about QA Wolf.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is helping us test our product without having to hire a full time team. This helps keep us lean and takes some of the testing burden off of our engineering team.

  ### 39. Effortless, hassle-free automated test authoring.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah V. | Software Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They work hard to meet our needs and are gracious when we fail to communicate properly!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I wish we could better contribute to the tests.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Add cost-effective capacity to our team for authoring automated tests.

  ### 40. the QA wolf pack fortifies your quality standards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Easily the best part of QA Wolf is how hands-off you can be with QA Wolf and equally how hands-on they can be. We needed more or less QA feedback from month to month while establishing a rhythm of engagement. As we became familiar, asked questions, aligned our activity with them, it was like ~ Mozart! They have allowed us to have a process that saves our development team time and improve visibility of the state of the app within leadership.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is not meant to be open-ended testing. This is more typical friction when we, as a company, were not able to communicate with QA Wolf effectively. QA Wolf must have a plan or direction to be effective, and we were not able to give it. Having a partner who focuses on traditional & automated QA, would be a better partner in those cases, where they could take the product and self-start the testing plans.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They reduce the cost around the company's need to have the infastructure & dedicated people to maintain automated QA.

  ### 41. Friendly, professional, fast and accurate results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Their tests are automated and fully managed, all I have to do is read the bug reports.
They are very proactive and have helped us catch bugs immediately that might have been tough to catch otherwise.
Their platform is intuitive to use and advanced enough to cover all the test scenarios we needed.
The whole team is professional, transparent and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

We have not had any problems with QA wolf

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their automations save us hours of time we would've spent testing manually. And, because it runs automatically, it catches regressions as soon as they appear. The QA Wolf support team reviews every test failure and creates clear, actionable bug reports when necessary.

  ### 42. A Solid Choice for Essential Testing Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawel N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I really enjoy how QA Wolf handles most of our testing work, especially since we don't have our own system for end-to-end tests. They quickly respond to our needs and know a lot about different types of testing. Using QA Wolf has made a big difference for us, taking care of 80% of our testing needs. Even though we haven't used all their features yet, there's a lot of potential to do more with their help. I'd recommend them most of the time because they make testing palatable.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only area for enhancement I see is in navigating the integration process. A bit more guidance on seamlessly incorporating QA Wolf's testing into our projects from the get-go would be beneficial. But it is a fantastic service over all.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf makes it easier for us to do regression testing, test new features, and perform sanity checks on our platform with fequent cadence.

  ### 43. QA Wolf has been great to partner with!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has helped us automate all of our UI Regression tests. We run them mulitple times a day and love having that confidence that our code is going out without bugs. They create, maintain and run our tests saving our internal team lots of time and resources. We have over 500 tests running in less than 30 minutes! One of the best offerings they have is that they run tests in parallel and maintain flakey tests. The implementation was easy, they are very responsive when we have questions and are just a pleasure to work with. I look forward to a long term relationship with QA Wolf.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only downside is that the feature supporting multi-environments isn't ready quite yet. That will be a game changer and we look forward to taking advantage of that ASAP!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is saving us time and money when it comes to automation tests. We run our QA Wolf tests before anything is merged to production, multiple times a day - it gives us confidence we are not shipping bugs in less than 30 min!!

  ### 44. QA wolf review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natallia R. | QA Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

-Great team that responds very quickly to all questions/suggestions/comments
-The platform is intuitive and easy to use
-Excellent speed of work

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Because of the time zone difference, I often catch bugs before the QA wolf team. But I think for my colleagues from America this is not a problem)

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Run smoke for safer and more frequent releases to production
Cover the application with regression tests

  ### 45. QA Wolf has been a game-changer, stabilizing our platform with ease and incredible communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brea G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Last year we had the pleasure of integrating QA Wolf into our development process to enhance the testing of our web application, internal tooling, and some APIs. The experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, the integration was simple and seamless, a testament to the thoughtfulness and expertise behind QA Wolf's design.

My favorite thing about QA wolf has got to be how modern and seamless the entire integration has been. Communication is really straightforward and they are open to molding to our processes and procedures. The way that they report bugs and show their progress is really easy to digest, and their autonomy in handling tasks has been amazing, allowing us to focus on our core development without the need for constant oversight. The bow on top of all of this is really the communication. I'm never seeking for anything because everything is provided to you without you even knowing you need it.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has not yet replaced our need for testing prior to production releases, but I wouldnt call it a dislike as it is not something we expected when partnering with them.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems that QA Wolf solved for us were the following

1. Increased Efficiency: By automating testing processes, we've cut down on manual testing time, allowing our team to focus on development and innovation. We can trust our tests and the folks monitoring them to let us know when anything goes arwy.
2. Improved Team Productivity: Freed from extensive testing duties and management, our development team can allocate more time to critical tasks, speeding up the development cycle.
3. Cost Savings: QA Wolf costs the fraction of what a QA team would, and there framework is more valuable then anything we could build in house.
4. Subject Mater Expertise: you don't need to be prescriptive with QA Wolf when you hand them afeature to test. They truly are experts in their field and think of ways to test that somebody closer to the code whatever think of closer to the code would never think of.

  ### 46. QAWolf and Babyscripts, a success story

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Instead of staffing for QA, we went with QAWolf to automate regression. I couldn't be happier. We got up and running quickly and now rely on QAWolf for regression and happy path testing almost entirely. The staff are great, very freindly. They meet with us regularly to review coverage and help us to curate our bugs and tests. Most of the time, we are behind where the QAWolf staff are. Slack and Jira integration makes things super easy to coordinate. I'm really happy we went with QAWolf.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I really wish I could use QAWolf for Mobile app testing. Honestly, that' s my biggest desire.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our regresssion and happy path testing is almost entirely in QAWolf. We run nightly regressions in a production like environment to verify all changes in a candiadte release. It works very well and streamlines the release process a great deal. We integrate in Jira and in CICD. Jira integration results in bugs that can then be easily prioritized. There have been some bumps in Jira integration, but the QAwolf team has been quick to respond and work on issues with us.

  ### 47. Attentive QA Team That Gives Time Back to Engineers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has always been a responsive partner in helping us find bugs in our app and squash them. As we develop new features or change the behavior of existing ones, we simply need to apprise them of any changes and the QA engineers will quickly work out new tests for them. Our point of contact, Cohen, is also very responsive and makes it so that we don't have to spend too much time going back and forth about changes in our app.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The downsides of QA Wolf are similar to the downsides of outsourcing testing in any engineering context; less ownership over the testing code by our engineering team is exchanged for the team you get back to continue the work of developing.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't want our developers bogged down in writing tests, and QA Wolf takes that off our plates while giving us the benefits of a robust testing suite.

  ### 48. Great onboarding team and sturdy product experience with fast value and easy to see results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Fantastic people and very self-guided with minimal input from our team. Very quick to deliver test cases and tests that pretty immediately resulted in value for the company.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Moment of need insights are a bit lacking, mainly better integration support with GitHub and pull request checks

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual QA practices are costly and ineffective for repetitive cases and automation infrastructure is difficult for teams to maintain effectively on top of their regular platform concerns. QA Wolf sits as a trading partner productizing the test automation management layer down to the individual cases and workflows. Our team gets to provide a little guidance, pay a bill, and get near realtime test results.

  ### 49. Efficient Automated QA Testing with QA Wolf - A User-Friendly Solution with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I appreciate QA Wolf for its user-friendly interface, easy implementation, and excellent customer support. The QA Wolf team has been on top of their game. Very responsive, follow-up meetings, and just generally nice folks. Their active project management allows for seamless collaboration, ensuring all testing needs are met. The team's diligent follow-ups in meetings, Slack, and direct communication guarantee comprehensive coverage. The integration with platforms, such as Jira and Slack have made working with this team a very smooth journey. Their QA Engineers automate testing on your page, and cater the tests to your specifications. We've been about to automate testing during product releases. Which significantly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of the overall testing process. Testing is done daily by their team, but can also be manually started, or connected to your release schedule.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While QA Wolf provides a robust solution, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The pricing, while comparable to hiring a QA engineer, could be more competitive. Limitation on some browsers and operating systems. They do cover mobile testing and support testing on the most popular browsers and operating systems.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has been instrumental in moving away from manual testing. Which has drastically reduced regression testing. The QA Wolf team is very proactive and integration with Engineering platforms contributes to identifying bugs and getting them in to our engineering team quickly to resolve.

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf takes away the headache of seting up a QA Department, writing and maintaining a test suite, managing broken tests, dealing with flakes, and so on. They're efficient and probably deliver more results that internal QA engineers would.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It's hard to find downsides about the service. Integrating QA Wolf into your CI/CD pipeline still requires some time from your engineering team, but that's the case with any solution on the market.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf gives us confidence that our product still works when releasing new features. They maintain our E2E test suite of 100+ tests, and they take care of the manual work around it (writing tests, maintaining them, triaging bugs, etc.). Implementing QA Wolf helped us also increase the quality of the product overall, their team has been really great with reporting both critical and non-critical bugs, but also gave us some great UX feedback to the platform.
