## QA Wolf Reviews
  ### 1. Its a great way to make sure our entire app works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerrit B. | Senior UI Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

When they find a test that doesn't work, or for whatever reason is blocking, the team is very fast in unblocking it and letting us know what has happened

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I think it would be great if we could run QA Wolf locally so I can see if something will break before going through the release process

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a automated testing gap, and we added QA wolf to the release process which makes the product very reliable and will block mistakes leaking into our code base

  ### 2. Quick setup, Seamless Integration, Concierge Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf set up automated test cases for us very quickly and with little effort. For a start-up with no QA department, they have taken off the burden of regression testing from our team. They integrate with JIRA and seamlessly create tickets with the perfect amount of documentation (plus a video) for our team to review. Beyond the ease of implementation and integration, their customer support is very responsive and friendly and seems to be present in every time zone. I always get a quick response from a human, acknowledging that my message was heard and that I should hear from my support team shortly. I highly recommend them to all searching for an automated test case vendor as they've been a delight to work with and a great help in identifying any bugs.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Would be nice to offer better pricing on test cases across environments that are the exactly same

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA wolf automated our regression tests so that our team can deploy as often as they want without the need for manual regression tests and no resources are taken away from our engineering team to write our own automated test cases.

  ### 3. QA Wolf is a huge help in testing, and a great team to work with.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The team is easy to work with and is quick to communicate. On top of that, the platform is cleanly laid out and informative. I particularly appreciate the Dashboard which provides a perfect high overview of where our features are at in terms of quality.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

There is nothing I dislike about QA Wolf!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We lack a formal QA team, so QA Wolf helps us fill that gap and improve the quality of our product. As an added bonus, they also ask great questions that often times help us take a second look at certain features that might need a bit of a refresh.

  ### 4. QA Wolf helps my team ship high quality software by creating and maintaining automated E2E workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I love being able to send QA Wolf a video and in a few days, in what seems to be pure magic, there are one or more automated E2E tests implemented against it. That's how easy it is to work with the QA Wolf team. My team and I can rest easy that if we break these workflows a QA Wolf team member, an automated message, and an indicator in our CI, will tell us that something went wrong so that we can swiftly rectify it.

There have been multiple instances of defects we introduced that QA Wolf caught and reported shortly after they were introduced. The bug reports are complete with a video reproducing the bug and a detailed list of steps to reproduce, making it trivial for engineers to know how to assess the bug's severity and address it. The QA Wolf team is also very responsive and prompt when we ask for clarifying questions.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The one thing I struggle with is QA Wolf's pricing structure and how it scales. Don't get me wrong, they add tremendous value, and it's hard to put a price tag on that. However, paying $X/month for tests that may never need maintenance, long after they've been implemented, feels wrong. This is the only reason I gave it a 9/10 instead of a 10/10.

On the flip side, this structure has its pros. It is predictable and there are no surprises. We can also retire tests/workflows when we think they're no longer necessary.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps us create and maintain automated tests that are as close to a real human using our software as you can get. This way, my team and I can focus on building and shipping features, while QA Wolf helps us ensure those features are bug-free, and existing ones don't regress.

  ### 5. QA Wolf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jola P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf empowers their users/customers:
1. With tools to self-serve options to review tests
2. Adds the human touch whereby a QA Wolf person validates each defect
3. Integrates into the customer's environment JIRA > Defects are created in JIRA with a label
4. Follow-ups to all tests requests and manages expectations

Jamie, Customer Success Manager, promptly responds to all requests and ensures are questions and follow-ups are answered.
Laura Cressman, Head of Customer Success, goes above and beyond educating us on QA and industry norms to assist us in all of our business decisions.
Eric Eidelberg, Director of Engineering, provides a hands on mentoring and strategies to consider ensuring a Quality product
Riki Kaneshiro, Senior QA Lead, masterered our product combined with his industry knowledge to provide comprehensive reviews of the tests.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Most of our testing is before deployment to staging environment (at the Merge Request )
QA Wolf is working on an implementation for this now.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relieved us of regression testing.

  ### 6. QA Wolf are excellent to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf integrate super well with your team. We have them connected to our slack so we don't need to go through another channel to communicate with them. They are very quick to respond, either to new requests or with questions/answers.

They are also very eager to learn our systems and work things out themselves first before asking for help. We do not need to give them too many instructions before they can get stuck in!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only slight problem I've experienced is that in their eagerness to understand our system themselves, they have at times broken tests due to incorrect setup, which then comes through as a bug report. This is quite rare, but had to add something to this section.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our system is quite complex with many interelated parts, and teams all interacting on the same code base. It is vital we test all areas of our system when pushing new updates. Having QA Wolf automate our testing saves us heaps of time and allows us to spend more time improving our product, rather than testing. This also enables us to push more frequent updates.

  ### 7. Amazingly responsive team and great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

- QA Wolf team: The team is absolutely amazing to work with. They are very professional, extremely responsive, and are a delight to collaborate and plan with. The team was very helpful as we were adopting QA Wolf and running a POC, and they've continued being extremely helpful as we roll out tests across our product.
- High value for developer velocity and confidence: QA Wolf proposes and writes great tests, and makes it extremely easy to add and update tests. QA Wolf is also quite fast at writing tests, and the entire process has been much easier than creating and maintaining our own suite of tests. QA Wolf has also helped us prevent many bugs from shipping!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I wish the QA Wolf app had a few more features (integrations with our bug tracker, ability to track history of bugs, etc.), but the team is working on building many of these out and very responsive to feedback!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is providing E2E tests that is helping improve developer confidence (and therefore velocity), and improving customer experience by reducing customer outages and preventing bugs from shipping.

  ### 8. A game changer for E2E testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The team are very proactive and any time there is a test failure they are on it straight away. Gone are the days of spending hours triaging flakey tests, if a test fails and it's due to a selector change or an issue with the test itself it is generally triaged and resolved before we notice a problem. In the cases where a test fails for a genuine reason the team are great at lodging detailed bug reports, with enough context to get started and are very responsive in helping to triage the bug.

The team are also great at ensuring they learn as they go. If someone is setting up or triaging a test and failing due to a gap in knowledge of the platform, they do everything they can to ensure that the learning is propogated through the team so we don't need to educate on the same thing twice.

I also love having the QA Wolf team available through Slack. It really makes them feel like an extension of our dev team.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I don't have any complaints about QA Wolf. Any time we've had issues come up with any part of the process the team have been ultra responsive and proactive in ensuring things run smoothly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf solve the problem of spending a bunch of dev time on setting up and maintaining an E2E test suite. Engineering teams can burn hours triaging failures only to find that the test was flaky and there was no problem, and removing that from the SDLC is a huge time and money save.

They also have some really cool testing frameworks to test things that would be very time consuming to set up in house. For example, they can recieve and parse email and sms to fetch MFA codes to test the full login flow.

  ### 9. QA Wolf saves the day when time is short

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf does a fantastic job of checking in and making sure they're providing value. It was easy to get started with them because their onboarding process is so streamlined, and the customer support is fantastic, especially when you're working on a quick timeline.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It would be cool if we could write our own tests to be hosted on the QA Wolf platform, but I'm not sure I can say this is a "dislike" rather than a feature request.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We simply don't have a QA team at our company, so QA Wolf effectively acts as that for us.

  ### 10. VERY Helpful and Easy QA Automation Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The team at QAW is responsive, available, and eager to make sure they are meeting our expectations as a customer. Each team member we have interacted with (through a wonderful Slack integration!) has been professional, communicative, and considerate of our needs, especially our lead engineers and our CSM. There has not been a single moment where we did not feel heard or important when working with their team. We are early in our relationship, but our implementation went very well and our impression so far has been very very positive.

Additionally, the visibility we have through the QA Wolf app has been tremendously helpful for staying on top of progress for coverage requests, implementation of requests, and workflow reviews as tests are created and then changed from 'Draft' to 'Active'. We can watch the tests run, review the actions and assertions, and provide feedback for edits or modifications, as needed. We are in the app and reviewing things every day. This provides us the ability to monitor our tests and activity easily and allows us to stay informed of what is happening. We have integrated the tests into our pipeline and our production post-deployment smoke tests -- huge!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I honestly have to say there hasn't been anything so far that I would call a "dislike" about QAW. There are some "wish-list" features I can provide in the 'comment box' for suggestions, but those are personal preference and not at all indicative of a "dislike" for this group. Top notch team.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is taking over the management of our entire web automation suite for our primary product and writing the e2e automation tests to reliably verify working functionality. Since the beginning of our relationship a few months ago, QAW has successfully caught several bugs and prevented release escapes.

  ### 11. Quality product with fast response from the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

* The team has a great customer-focus communication, they make me feel like I'm talking to a friend and not a provider.

* The framework they use for the automation alllows me to see and interact with the code they create, with great ease.

* The communication and constant 2-way feedback is one of the best I have ever seen from a service/product provider, defitenily something to learn from.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Honestly, so far, I haven't found anything I dislike from QA Wolf.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are only 2 QAs in the company that are overloaded with constant manual testing for bugs and new features/functionalitys. QA Wolfs covers all the other products from the application that we can't test, simply because we don't have enough bandwith to test it all.
Our LMS product is getting bigger day-by-day, and sometimes, as happens on any software, a small change can generate a butterfly effect. QA Wolf is a great support for us: QA and IT in general.

  ### 12. QA Wolf is great for creating and maintaining an automation that just works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

It is easy to use.
The test cases that are created are easy to execute and to review.
Very good customer support.
The test cases they create have a very low downtime when needing maintenance.
They have a good integration with Jira.
They don't require a lot of involvement when we ask them to implement a test case.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It would be helpful if they used better practices like user-facing locators.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf creates a whole test suite of test cases and gives them maintenance, which helps a lot when you don't have enough manpower to create the test suite in-house. It lets you iterate your software faster without compromising on testing.

  ### 13. Great pricing model, excellent service and a tremendous value.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian O. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They are experts at automation. I don't need to recruit test developers; I don't need to select a framework and maintain a suite. QA Wolf "just works". They proactively notify us when things break (in Slack) and bugs track things (in JIRA).

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Slightly better compliance support would be great. We operate in an FDA regulated space, so we need exports of test results, with evidence, that are tied to a specific release version.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They take care of all automated testing. We get an entire regresssion suite that is maintained entirely by them.

  ### 14. Pleasure to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

We've move our entire automated QA process to QA Wolf and have had an excellent experience so far. QA Wolf has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Everything from feature coverage request to our monthly sync meetings have been quick and productive. The QA Wolf team is always quick and responsive and has caught many regressions before we've found them via manual QA.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I've not personally found issue with anything quite yet, any issues that we've had pop up have been immediately addressed.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have completely delegated our automated QA suite to QA Wolf

  ### 15. Seamless Collaboration: A Review of QA Wolf's Exceptional Partnership Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

1. Their engine for running tests works exceptional well and has saved countless hours of development/qa time.
2. Easy to talk to and quick to respond.
3. Went from a 1 hr walkthrough of the website, to a 80% AUTOMATED test coverage in no time.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Everything has been great, zero issues so far.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They automate the main website of my company, and monitor every code change for bugs. With their automation they have caught numerous bugs before they went into Production that were missed otherwise. Being able to drop a video/message in a chat and having the automation created without using any of the development team is HUGE for producitivy.

  ### 16. Great product, highly responsive and competent team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The service and support. Very competent & highly engaging staff proactively learn your product to explore its nooks and crannies and build out tests to expand your coverage. Very easy to see those tests and which are failing so we can hand off to our dedicated QA team. They met their objectives from the implementation / pilot kickoff and have been very impressive across the board so far.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing to report as of yet. Enaging with product team to build out better feedback systems in their platform portal.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've deployed QA Wolf to improve our test coverage and increase release cadence.

  ### 17. Amazing experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catalin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf are proactive, kind, helpful and professional. I was impressed how fast our test cases were written and how well they understood the product in a short amount of time without too much information.
The app is easy to use, you can find bugs flagged directly in the dashboard and the triage mechanism is a nice addition to the features offered.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only risk we considered at start, was that it creates a dependency on an external team to manage (create / update / delete) tests. One year later, I can say that we have never been dissapointed. The synchronization has been spot on, with fast response times from their end.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is running end to end tests both daily and integrated in our release pipeline for our product.

  ### 18. A very useful well-built tool that offers exemplary customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Please note this is an incentivized review, however everything we highlight here is factual and true for our experience with QAWolf.

-- Dedicated support staff that writes tests, investigates bugs and provides thorough feedback for detected regressions
-- Easy to integrate into CI/CD pipeline
-- Web Application / Dashboard is well-built and straightforward to use
-- Customer support is knowledgable, friendly and FAST

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

We have no serious complaints, except that we'd like a few more more tests in our quota for the price. We'd also like to be able to do mobile testing, but at the time of writing it appears that that feature may become available soon.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAWolf performs automated regression testing of our web application, and quickly and regularly provides useful bug reports and investigations for every version of our application prior to any production release.

  ### 19. Great option to outsource QA

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is a great option to outsource QA or add an extra layer of protection against the introduction of bugs. All you have to do to get test coverage on part of your app is ask for it. They're very good at figuring out how things should work without asking for clarification.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

There are occassionaly false positives on reported bugs.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replaced a manual QA team. Now every time something gets tested, it's encoded in a test that runs on every deployment without manual intervention.

  ### 20. QA Wolf: Revolutionizing QA with Expertise and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo M. | Staff Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Top 3 things I loved about QA Wolf: unparalleled availability, expert problem-solving, and rapid delivery of quality testing.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Integrating it into your CI/CD pipeline does demand time and effort from your engineering team, which a plug-and-play GitHub action could revolutionize this process, offering a seamless, automatic integration that drastically reduces setup time and complexity.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf streamlines the testing process and ensured a high degree of accuracy in bug detection. This allows the team to deliver features faster and with high confidence.

  ### 21. QAWolf reduces effort to test new features and increases deployment confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

* Creation of new tests is really fast
* QAWolf responds quickly to requests for coverage or changes in testing needs
* If, for any reason, you decide to stop using QAWolf you still own the tests and they give you the Playwright files
* They host all the infrastructure for running tests so it's really hands off

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

* They are lacking some automation features that would be helpful, like being able to update a bug in the QAWolf dashboard from our project management software or GitHub

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our QA pipeline

  ### 22. It's early but so far so good!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The people, everyone that I've interacted with has been incredibly kind, reponsive, flexible, and helpful. I immediately got the feeling that we're part of the same team working towards the same goal. On top of that, integration and implementation couldn't be smoother. QA Wolf took what we provided and ran with it!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Hard to say, everything has been absolutely seamless since we started working with QA Wolf. I truly can't think of any bumps in the road over the past few months.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is completely owning the test creation and management of our web automation suite. That takes a good chunk of work off of my plate so I can focus on other responsibilities.

  ### 23. Saved me several times

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has caught several bugs that I personally would have otherwise been responsible for before they hit prod. Some of the bugs were small while others were large, but every bug that didn't make it made me more appreciative of their service. My limited interactions with their customer support have been good as well.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I honestly don't have much negative to say. As an engineer who doesn't have to pay the bills, all I see is the benefit of them catching bugs that keep me from having to deal with stressful prod issues. I've got to fix the issues either way, so might as well fix them with minimal customer impact.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has caught several of my bugs before they impacted my customers. I got to fix these bugs in a low stress environment, and the customers were none the wiser. In software, more testing is better and QA Wolf has saved me from a very bad day more than once.

  ### 24. Excellent service with a outstanding customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon Andres R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I am thrilled with the QA services provided by QA Wolf. Their commitment to comprehensive coverage has truly set them apart.

QA Wolf's team goes beyond the basics, conducting thorough functional, performance, security, and usability testing. Their meticulous approach ensures not only immediate issues but also anticipates potential pitfalls in later development phases.

Communication is seamless, and the team is always ready to discuss findings and provide detailed reports, making collaboration effortless.

In summary, QA Wolf is an invaluable partner in our development process. Their dedication to quality and comprehensive coverage instills confidence in our product releases. I highly recommend QA Wolf to any team aiming for excellence in their products.

Thank you, QA Wolf, for your hard work and commitment to quality!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While I'm highly satisfied with QA Wolf's QA services, there's room for improvement in terms of delivery schedule flexibility. Adjusting deadlines to better align with our development cycles would be beneficial. Increased flexibility in this regard would streamline the integration of QA services into our overall process.

I appreciate QA Wolf's quality work and attention to detail, and I believe this suggestion will contribute to further strengthening our collaboration.

Thank you for considering this opportunity for improvement!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'd like to express how QA Wolf's testing processes have significantly enhanced the overall quality of our development. Their meticulous approach and thorough testing have undoubtedly contributed to the heightened excellence of our projects. We appreciate the positive impact QA Wolf has made on our development endeavors.

Thank you for consistently delivering top-notch testing services!

  ### 25. QA Wolf has relegated UI testing to an afterthought within our team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

What stands out to me as the most valuable aspect of QA Wolf is its capacity to streamline and simplify our testing procedures. With QA Wolf in place, we no longer need to expend excessive mental effort on testing our application's behavior or meticulously tracking potential regressions. Furthermore, the QA Wolf team excels in communication, promptly flagging issues and consistently responding with quickness, often within minutes.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Not really an indictment on QA Wolf but just an unfortunate part of test-based pricing.

Test budgeting can be challenging. You buy a base number of test cases at a fixed price, with a specified payment schedule. Additional test cases are available at a premium. We're a small and agile team, so of course, we'd love to test everything thoroughly. However, that can become costly quite rapidly because we're constantly changing things—switching directions, improving code, removing old features, or adding new ones. That's why we need to regularly review our tests and decide which parts of our product are the most critical to test, based on their complexity and how often they change.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a startup with limited resources. The product roadmap is constantly changing and the rate of development is unpredictable. We like to move fast and testing can sometimes hinder that. Getting that out of the minds of our developers as much as possible enables us to ship code fast and we're confident that QA Wolf will be there to help catch regressions.

  ### 26. QA Wolf is an incredible partner, super low maintenance while providing super high impact!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Director of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team has delivered on all promises and then some. We provide a very quick demonstration of features and they have a pack of QA experts who are able to design a robust test plan and implement a suite of end-to-end tests with little to no involvement from our team. Our development teams are able to fully focus on delivering new features while QA Wolf manages all infrastructure and maintence of our end-to-end regression test suite. It feels like a luxury from an engineering leader perspective.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has fully met our needs/expectations so far, we'd have to nitpick to find things to dislike.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is helping us deliver value more quickly to our customers (by allowing our engineers to focus exlusively on building features and offloading end to end test maintence to QA Wolf) as well as keeping our application stable for our customers (by maintaining a robust regression test suite)

  ### 27. It's like adding a whole Wolf Pack to the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denver P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I've been a long time supporter of QA Wolf. They built the solution I always wanted as a QA Engineer.

Their team engaged with us and were able to get working automated tests running in our staging environment in less than a few months.

Now all of our tests run on every deployment. The best part is they run concurrently on QA Wolf infrastructure and if there are any issues QA Wolf reviews and maintains all the tests.

It's like having our own QA Wolf Pack as an extension of our team. The team is great and easy to reach on slack any time.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Due to the complex nature of some of the workflows we have under test with QA Wolf - we're still not seeing 100% reliability of results, which results in the tests being re-run. QA Wolf automatically re-run tests, which is helpful, but still one of the challenges with flaky UI tests in general before making blocking in CI/CD.

I love to see more robust timing data around tests runs (How long a run took to complete, tests that are consistently re-running etc).

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helped us jump start our front-end automation testing initiatives without having to pull team members off their current projects. By having QA Wolf run tests on every deployment, we're adding confidence to our deployment and release process.

  ### 28. Proactivity & full alignment with the customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio A. | Senior Engineer Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Having to choose just one subject, I'd like to highlight their proactivity/efficiency

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Perhaps bringing UI updates/requests more often could be a nice workflow/addition.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliability & performance of our main applications.

  ### 29. Hassle-free automation testing as a service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf's team is exceptionally attentive and helpful! Any time we have questions, I can be confident that someone will jump in with the answer, or ensure that they get it for me. They're flexible about talking things through asyncronously in a shared Slack channel or hopping on a call to deep dive. Creating test plans is super flexible, as you can come with something pre-written or simply submit a screen recording and description. Our internal QA team is small, and it is comforting to know that we can focus on hands-on testing while QA Wolf is covering the automated tests.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I can't say there's been much to dislike so far. If I had to pick something, it would only be that infrastructure limitations prevent QA Wolf from being able to provide full end-to-end tests running, validating on-device workflows. However, we will be able to resolve this at some point in the near future by providing our own virtulized hosts for QA Wolf to test against.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small startup, with a tiny QA team. Our QA Engineers perform manual testing, and so QA Wolf fills our need for automation without having to hire automation engineers & build out testing infrastructure. Knowing QA Wolf is regularly testing the "completed" parts of the product allows us to focus on testing the user experience for new features .

  ### 30. QA Wolf helped us ramp up our test automation in a hurry!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

There's so much to like! Beyond the basics of their services -- which are completely as advertised -- the QA Wolf team is very friendly and collaborative. Whether we're requesting a new test case or working with the team concerning failed tests, everything is quick, easy, and pleasant.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Honestly, I cannot come up with a negative. As far as I'm aware, what QA Wolf provides is groundbreaking, and they do it very well.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has helped us quickly increase our automated test coverage. Without them we would have had to hire and train many new team members. Beyond that, they bring with them an impressive suite of tooling for developing and maintaining the test suites. While this is not a direct value to my own team, it certainly means that QA Wolf can write up new test cases and monitor older test cases more efficiently than we would be able to.

  ### 31. We've been having a great experience partnering with QA Wolf!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leland W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

- QAWolf has been very open about what they can and cannot do regarding the implementation of E2E tests, which has helped manage expectations

- They have been great partners in setting up timelines for implementing new tests and recommending the best
strategies for implementing tests per module (as they relate to the number of tests remaining that we have with them)

- The tests so far seem to be of high quality and have helped us catch several bugs already. Their time-to-implementation has been highly reasonable and showcases a high level of professionalism

- They seem to really want to understand our business cases and our strategy for user functionality, which has assured our confidence in working with their staff and developers.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Not really a downside, but I always wonder how long the partnership will last as our company scales and if QA Wolf can maintain a relationship when our startup grows. That would be way into the future, but always something to look out for.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a small engineering team that (for business and non-technical reasons) cannot scale out to a larger group. However, our small engineering team is still tasked with maintaining a high level of quality in our software with a business logic domain that is very complex. Although our engineering team has been exceptional thus far, we have concerns that, over time, we will (inevitably) cause bugs due to a lack of E2E tests (as the team is already stretched thin).

QA Wolf has been helping us solve the problem of getting the foundation set for an E2E testing platform that will assure high quality in our software as our engineering team remains small and strapped. They have been aiding us in starting the tests for our most foundational workflows as we begin to think more about the scalability of our software in terms of quality and robustness. They have taken a lot off our plate in this regard, as our small team still works on our day-to-day tasks, projects, and objectives, while QA Wolf still assures us the confidence that we can move at a fast-startup pace without fear of quality degradation.

  ### 32. QA Wolf is an amazing service that helps to develop features!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf is a great company because they have a highly responsive team, a user-friendly interface, and a simple coverage process. Getting test coverage is made effortless since we can just provide a video recording or a text file to them. I also like that their bug reporting process is automated and the team follows up promptly with us showing the issue through video.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

One challenge with QA Wolf is that they work in our demo environment with us, so sometimes there can be conflicts between automated testing and our user-driven testing.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA wolf is adding much-needed front-end testing for us. This benefits us by helping us find bugs earlier in the development process and by reducing the amount of time our engineers have to spend.

  ### 33. Solid partner to outsource regression testing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban J. F. | Vice President of Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

As a product leader, my primary focus is on ensuring product integrity through rigorous regression testing. The challenge often lies in balancing the creation and maintenance of these tests with the pace of development. This is where QA Wolf has excelled as our chosen solution. Their expertise in offering a hands-off approach has been pivotal. It has not only liberated my team and me from the burdens of test maintenance but also optimized our engineering resources.

What sets QA Wolf apart is their unwavering commitment to adapting to our complex product environment. They have consistently provided valuable feedback, demonstrating a deep understanding of our needs. Their proactive approach in maintaining test efficacy, coupled with their dedication to acting in the best interest of our relationship, has been instrumental in enhancing our development processes. This alignment with our objectives and their exceptional service are what I appreciate most about QA Wolf.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

In assessing QA Wolf, it's challenging to pinpoint significant drawbacks. The primary aspect that required adjustment on our part was the shift in our testing protocol. Specifically, we had to move away from running end-to-end testing as part of our merge process. This change was necessitated by the need to integrate QA Wolf's methodologies and to catch up with our previously lagging test coverage.

While this trade-off was logical and beneficial for us, an ideal scenario would involve the capability to run the comprehensive test suite, developed and maintained by QA Wolf, on every pull request. This feature would enhance our development workflow significantly. I understand that QA Wolf is actively working on developing this functionality. Their effort to evolve and address such needs is commendable and something I look forward to in their future updates.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf addresses a critical and complex challenge in software development: the building, monitoring, and maintenance of a robust regression test suite. This solution directly impacts our efficiency and product quality. By taking over the comprehensive management of our regression tests, QA Wolf enables our team to focus more on core development activities rather than being encumbered by the intricate demands of test creation and upkeep.

The benefit is twofold. Firstly, it assures that our product consistently meets the highest quality standards by catching potential issues early. Secondly, it frees up valuable engineering resources, allowing us to allocate them to innovation and development rather than maintenance tasks. This strategic partnership with QA Wolf has thus been instrumental in enhancing our productivity and ensuring the reliability of our software offerings.

  ### 34. A great partner for confident code shipping

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has been an invaluable addition to our development process, providing dedicated expertise in writing and maintaining end-to-end tests, as well as managing our testing infrastructure. One of the standout advantages is the freedom it grants our developers. With QA Wolf handling the testing aspect, our development team can focus entirely on delivering new features without the added burden of worrying about test creation or maintenance.

The seamless collaboration with QA Wolf has been a highlight. Their presence on Slack and the ease with which we can communicate requests and task assignments directly within our conversations has streamlined our workflow. This frictionless interaction has significantly contributed to the efficiency of our testing processes.

Moreover, the reassurance provided by QA Wolf's end-to-end testing before deploying changes to production cannot be overstated. Despite initial challenges in integrating their services into our CI/CD pipeline, the peace of mind gained from knowing that comprehensive tests are conducted prior to any deployment is incredibly valuable. The collaborative effort to address issues in this integration demonstrates QA Wolf's commitment to continually improving their services.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While QA Wolf has been instrumental in our testing processes, there have been occasional challenges that we've encountered. One notable issue has been the intermittent flakiness of some tests. Although this has been a point of concern, it's worth mentioning that QA Wolf has actively engaged with us to enhance the reliability of these tests. While work remains to minimize flakiness further, their responsiveness and collaboration in addressing these challenges have been commendable.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf tackles crucial challenges for us: firstly, they alleviate the burden on our developers by taking charge of writing quality tests, a specialized skill that can be time-consuming. This allows our developers to concentrate solely on innovating and delivering features without worrying about the intricacies of test creation. Secondly, QA Wolf handles the complexities of test infrastructure, sparing us the challenges of building and maintaining it. Their expertise ensures a seamless testing environment, freeing us to focus on core development tasks without concern for infrastructure upkeep. Overall, QA Wolf's solutions streamline our development process, optimizing productivity and accelerating feature delivery.

  ### 35. QA Wolf is efficient and saves time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Very helpful during regression. The automated daily test runs done by QA Wolf team saves QA many hours of manual testing
In return this gives QA more time to focus on other tasks and tests. In addition, QA Wolf team is always available to answer any questions QA may have. Quick to response and a wonderful Team.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

To this point I have not found any downside of using QA Wolf team.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time constraint. QA Wolf's daily automation reliefs QA testing so Babyscripts QA team can focus on other daily tasks. It also ensures that our application is running and working as expected.

  ### 36. Excellent onboarding and immediate value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy N. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The team does a really great job of communicating. This made onboarding successful and helped us track down the root cause of bugs that their platform uncovered.

We're seeing a good deal of savings. Having developers do extra UAT takes away from the time they can spend problem solving. Since QA Wolf has our back, developers can stay in-flow.

We were never going to hire a QA team internally. We have to allocate resources carefully at this stage in our development and we don't have an internal advocate that wants to own the QA space. Outsourcing was the right call and QA Wolf allows us to do this with confidence.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

We have n0t run into any issues, so far.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Since we are a small team and our DNA is on the problem solving side, we really don't have the resources nor internal advocate necessary to implement QA well.
- E2E testing takes a lot of infrastructure resources we do not have the time to set up and manage.
- Failed tests get reviewed immediately and added as a ticket in our system if there is something that needs to be fixed.

  ### 37. Streamlining Automated Testing Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The intuitive test creation process and robust support/documentation stand out, making it accessible for users of all skill levels to efficiently automate web application testing.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I only wish they'd be able to find all of our edge cases in testing without increasing our test count

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf addresses the challenge of efficiently creating and managing automated tests for our 2 web applications. This benefits users by significantly reducing the time to implement thorough testing, thereby enhancing product quality and speeding up development cycles.

  ### 38. Excellent service - has helped us in a big way with E2E testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has been a game-changer for our E2E testing needs. Before partnering with them, the burden of E2E testing and maintenance was a significant drain on our resources, both in terms of time and money. The constant need to update and manage tests was becoming increasingly unsustainable for our team.

However, since engaging with QA Wolf, we have experienced a remarkable shift. Their bespoke technology has not only streamlined our testing processes but also enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of our tests.

One of the most impressive aspects of our collaboration has been the continuous support and care provided by QA Wolf. Their customer success team is always ensuring our needs are met and that we are fully leveraging their services. This constant attention and alignment with our goals has significantly contributed to our testing workflow.

Additionally, the direct line of communication to the QA Wolf team via our internal chat has been invaluable. The quick response times and the ability to address any queries or concerns have been very helpful.

We highly recommend their services for any company looking to optimize their E2E testing processes.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Really more of a downside with any outsourcing - you need to ensure that internal needs are communicated well with the external team.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to outsource the cumbersome and time consuming task of maintaining a full E2E testing suite

  ### 39. QA Wolf is an amazing team to work with and very responsive too!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They have been very engaging, easy to collaborate with, and tries to accommodate and understand what type of test coverage you need from them. They are also willing to learn and grow with you, so it would benefit both sides.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I don't have anything that I dislike, but more of what I would like to see. It would be nice to see some sort of plan, status, and/or progress of updates made to existing workflows whenever a new feature/change has been introduced to the team. For example, we might have a feature rolling out in the early stages of testing that might make existing workflows/test cases invalid. It would be cool to see a page that decribe what kind of actions QA Wolf would be doing to make sure the new feature is covered; kind of like a To-Do List with Current/Pending and Upcoming states.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is solving the problem of test coverage when it comes to regression testing against our product since it's not possible to cover with the amount of internal QA resources that our company has and priorities and time to accomplish it. This helps us focus more time on smoke testing upcoming features and transitioning already-released features to QA Wolf's test library.

  ### 40. QA Wolf team has been immensely helpful with keeping Padlet great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team is extremely helpful with any questions we have with the QA process and has been responsive with all of our requests. They are always very prompt with addressing issues and they integrate very smoothly within our testing process. They are a key aspect of our testing process and for ensuring that Padlet continues to run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

They are very thorough with their test cases, which can lead to a longer turn-around time. But this has been mitigated with transparent and frequent communication with their tesing team and they have been very helpful in keeping accurate deadlines.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to smoothly maintain a robust QA process

  ### 41. QA Wolf is amazing and you cannot convince me otherwise!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has been very helpful towards my team and I with a project that has had many shifts. The project has had frequent requirements and scope changes. Even with those changes, QA Wolf has been able to accommodate my team by being able to update their test cases in a timely manner. If a bug is reported a video with detailed steps on how to recreate the bug is provided. This is a huge time saver for my team, as details and visuals are super helpful for us.

Another thing I enjoy a lot about QA Wolf is the rapidness of response. If the main person I am working with is unavailable for something, someone else is able to step in and fulfill the request or provide me with information. QA wolf works faster than my team can keep up in regard to questions they may have. They are extremely good at following up on open bugs and providing detailed steps as well. Also, everyone I've worked with at QA Wolf has been extremely friendly and cool. As someone who has had the misfortune of working with some very unprofessional people in my career, this means a lot to me.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I seriously have nothing negative or that I dislike about QA Wolf. They have been very accommodating to my team and I.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA wolf helps us with our automated testing. We are a small company and don't have a QA dept. We outsource out QA to QA Wolf and they do an excellent job writing test cases for our products as well as providing detailed bug reports for my team.

  ### 42. QA Wolf an integral member of BrewLogix engineering team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf was a turnkey solution to solve our internal QA needs. Experts in all things QA, can keep up with our constantly growing products, and very little overhead for BrewLogix to manage.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA is hard and sometimes tests are flaky. We're always working to collaborate on building the most efficient and stable workflows.

QA Wolf's internal dashboard tool is still growing to meet our company needs - specifically how to organize test requests and approvals before they're officially outlined and created. That said, we've worked together to manage this and we anticipate some manual tools (spreadsheets) we've created will eventually make it into the QA Wolf platform. It's satisfying to be an active client than can help guide their roadmap to suit our needs!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- No need to spin up an internal QA team at a price well below what would be required for full-time hires.
- Nearly 24hr responsiveness as their team well-distributed geographically
- Fill all QA needs for our growing portfolio of user-facing applications
- Keeps all QA tests up-to-date as UI features change (and they evolve rapidly!)

  ### 43. Reliable and Efficient QA Testing Services by QA Wolf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I am thoroughly impressed with QA Wolf's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of their QA testing services. Their standout qualities have made them an invaluable partner in our development process. Whenever I reach out to them with a query or request, they consistently respond within a matter of minutes. Their swift communication ensures that our testing process remains on track and minimizes any potential delays.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The reporting product interface could benefit from some improvements to enhance clarity and user-friendliness. It can be difficult to quickly know which parts of the application are being actively tested without reaching out to support.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA testing plays a critical role in identifying bugs and ensuring the overall quality of our production application. However, conducting comprehensive testing internally can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. QA Wolf addresses this problem by providing dedicated QA testing services, allowing us to offload the testing workload and ensure thorough testing of our application. By partnering with QA Wolf, we benefit from their expertise in testing methodologies and practices. Their dedicated focus on QA testing enables them to provide a level of coverage that might be challenging to achieve internally. As a result, our application undergoes comprehensive testing, minimizing the risk of undetected bugs or issues.

  ### 44. Testing made easy!

The user-centric approach ensures that critical user flows are thoroughly tested, providing invaluable insights into our application's performance. I strongly believe every startup should be using QA Wolf.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Making the best use of QA Wolf means that we have to update our development workflow, which can be a challenge when working at a fast paced startup with a million other priorities. But we're working towards havine a more seamless integration and making sure we're taking full advantage of QA Wolf's offerings.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing and managing end-to-end tests, which require a big investment of time and resources. Using QA Wolf allows our Dev Team to focus on the product priorities, while trusting that QA Wolf is actively making sure our automated tests are running correctly, are up to date and making any changes necessary.

  ### 45. Great experience and very supportive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Humberto F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The QA Wolf team is very friendly, they are responsive and agile while implementing tests for new features. From the start, they helped us to cover the most important features of our app, safeguarding us from sneaky regressions.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While our experience with QA Wolf has been overwhelmingly positive, one minor aspect we initially encountered was the absence of an automated system for conducting multiple test runs on preview branches. However, it's worth noting that the QA Wolf team swiftly addressed this by managing it manually.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has been a great experience for us. They automate the testing of our core features, providing us with strong confidence during new feature releases. This has reduced the need for extensive manual testing on existing features every time we roll out a new version.

  ### 46. Extreme Value-add

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2023

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I personally love how fast the team is to learn a complex workflow and be able to build tests around it in a reasonable timeframe. The team is always willing to take on challenges and sync with us on a weekly basis. Great people to work with as well!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I've faced some difficulty when trying to evaluate the log of JIRA tickets that have been open in the past, and identifying which tickets that are "true" bugs.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently rely heavily on manual testing and in the past, we haven't been that thorough on building internal integration tests which has resulted in frequent bugs for our clients whenever we make changes to our codebase. We also have a software that is very complex and is nearly impossible to manually test everything on a regular cadence.

  ### 47. QA Wolf is a life saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The automated testing not only has saved us many times but it has helped ensure our customers have great experiences. QAwolf has allowed us to diagnose issues before customers find them and the team has been amazing to work with.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing, worth every dime we spend on them.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use QA Wolf to run automated checkout testing multiple times a day. This ensures no customer friction from new features or site outages.

  ### 48. Peace of mind at the pace of startups

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

As an engineer who has worked at several startups, one of the most complex challenges is balancing the dynamic, high-speed nature of shipping software with a need to create stability through proper automated testing. Often in that trade-off, QA suffers.

QA Wolf has given our team a third option: continue to ship fast software and have a well-maintained robust automated testing suite specific to our product demands. As a result, this increased our velocity as we don't have to bikeshed on improving QA (the wolf pack takes care of it now) and an increase in overall team wellness because our collective confidence is increased knowing that we have an entire team working towards the stability of our product.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has helped get our team to an acceptable level of automation and is generally hands-off after the fact, making themselves available whenever we need them. As our product matures and complexity increases, it would be great if QA Wolf provided a tool suite we can integrate deeper with, such as CLI tools, to allow our team to run our integration test locally or against different environments.

Also, as an engineer, it would be great if they provided guides or additional information to help us learn and adopt better QA practices. We all generally understand best practices, but I'm willing to bet they have insights that could be worth its weight in developer gold.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an early-stage startup, we have shipped and continue to ship a massive amount of code across our stack, and before we have a chance to catch our breath our team is working on a new feature. It's hard to find the time to catch up and create robust integration testing and even harder to maintain and add new tests as time goes on. QA Wolf has allowed us to reap the benefits of robust automation testing without the time penalty and on-going maintenance.

  ### 49. QA Wolf has been the perfect partner for end to end QA tests!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

- Very responsive team willing to work on our terms
- Great platform for tracking full QA suite
- Reliable and fast turnaround for new test requests

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

To set your expectations, you need to understand the half-life of end-to-end tests for your platform, which depends on how quickly you are shipping updates and features.

When you request new tests, they can be flaky if not closely monitored. After a few iterations, most tests are reliable, until your software changes again.

QA Wolf is so easy to work with to ensure tests improve over time and are rewritten accordingly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End to end tests for SaaS platform. Hardware tests.

  ### 50. Top quality service and communication.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QAWolf are always available and happy to help. Communication is always easy; they have a great attitude, so working through issues with them is a pleasure. They require little handholding and fulfilled their test coverage promise within the estimated time, which would have taken much more time and resources to do in-house. They are always on top of things and ready to adapt to business changes. I can confidently say their service has been key to our platform stability and thus to our productivity.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The tooling has a few rough edges: ticket spam, duplicate reports.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAWolf writes and maintains our automated regression suite. It cut testing time from a week to below 2 hours. This lets us deploy more often and with higher confidence, without having to manage the QA Engineering or Infrastructure effort it would take to do this in-house.
