Pulpo fully automates the flow of goods in the warehouse – from goods receipt to storage, replenishment tasks, the picking process, and packing. Every single step is clearly structured, smartly regulated, and tracked in real-time, so all movements are transparent and traceable at any time.

Another major advantage is the ability to map a permanent inventory. Through continuous inventory management and ongoing tracking, stock levels are always current and accurate, without the need for labor-intensive cut-off date inventories.

Particularly positive is the high process reliability: error rates could be significantly reduced, new employees can be quickly trained, and the daily warehouse operations run much more smoothly and controlled overall. From barcode-driven workflows to real-time inventory visibility, PULPO significantly reduces errors across picking, packing, and inventory management, while noticeably improving shipping efficiency. One of the key reasons we selected PULPO was its native and very smooth integration with Shopify, which allows us to centrally manage and synchronize inventory across multiple Shopify stores with ease.

Beyond Shopify, PULPO has continuously supported our API integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, enabling automated and transparent logistics workflows across different systems. We are currently also advancing serial number and batch management integrations with our factory systems, and throughout this process, the PULPO team has consistently provided strong support, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
