I like the clarity of PULPO WMS. Additionally, I appreciate tracking the pick and pack orders, as it allows me to directly see who processed what and when. This helps me to address employees specifically to better understand issues. The initial setup of PULPO WMS was surprisingly easy, as we made sure to choose a system with interfaces that fit our architecture.

The connection and integration into our Plenty ERP worked quickly and smoothly. The collaboration with the Pulpo team was hand in hand and was also exceptionally efficient. Pulpo fully automates the flow of goods in the warehouse – from goods receipt to storage, replenishment tasks, the picking process, and packing. Every single step is clearly structured, smartly regulated, and tracked in real-time, so all movements are transparent and traceable at any time. Another major advantage is the ability to map a permanent inventory. Through continuous inventory management and ongoing tracking, stock levels are always current and accurate, without the need for labor-intensive cut-off date inventories. Particularly positive is the high process reliability: error rates could be significantly reduced, new employees can be quickly trained, and the daily warehouse operations run much more smoothly and controlled overall. The user interface is intuitive, logically structured, and optimally supports operational processes. In the daily use of the system, customer support is always reachable in the shortest time for any questions/issues. Due to the rapid implementation, we were able to use Pulpo productively within a very short time and already realize measurable savings – both in terms of time and costs. Additionally, the system offers high flexibility and scalability, so that future growth can also be easily accommodated.
