What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

The use of barcodes for every process to reduce operation errors and the automatic assignment of lots that are next in line to expire. Also the integration with Shopify was a major factor in why we use the tool and the integration is really simple to configure. The Support by Pulpo WMS team also has been great.

What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

PULPO WMS delivers exactly what modern logistics operations demand: intuitive usability, fast onboarding, and full transparency across all warehouse processes. The system’s real-time inventory visibility and mobile scanner integration significantly boost picking and packing efficiency. Implementation was remarkably smooth, and the customer support team is extremely responsive and solution-oriented. The user interface is clean, logical, and adaptable even for complex workflows. Especially impressive is the way Pulpo integrates seamlessly with our ERP and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, reducing manual work and errors. We use PULPO WMS on a daily basis across multiple warehouse locations. It has become a central tool in our operational execution, with users relying on it throughout all fulfillment stages. What do you dislike about PULPO WMS?

While PULPO WMS is highly efficient, the reporting/dashboard capabilities could benefit from more customizable analytics and deeper KPI insights. Advanced users might wish for greater flexibility in data export and warehouse performance metrics. What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

What I like best about PULPO WMS is its flexibility and ease of use. The system is incredibly easy to implement—taking only a week to get fully operational in our warehouse—and requires no initial costs, which is a significant advantage for any growing business. The pay-per-operator pricing model allows us to scale our expenses as our company grows, rather than being locked into a high, upfront investment. Additionally, the ability to use smartphones instead of expensive barcode scanners has helped us save on hardware costs. What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

Due to the nature of our work, we have many different processes for each of our individual clients. Pulpo WMS has given their all to assisting us in finding a WMS solution that will work for us. I'd like to thank Vadim from the Pulpo team for his incredible support and helping us understand the capabilities of the system over time. When it comes down to it the system seems to be rich in useful features that can be molded and shaped to your specific processes if need be. I'd say the system works great for inventory tracking and management, allowing us to receive incoming goods, modify stock, and store them to positions in our warehouse. What do you dislike about PULPO WMS?

I'd say the main challenges we've had with Pulpo WMS come down to the UI/UX and ensuring all integrations with our systems and our clients' systems are configured properly for our use case and in working order. Other than that the shipping functionality is limited. Although there is an integration with shipstation, you can not determine the best rates or ship under 3rd party accounts for better rates with ease. Due to this, we've mainly been using to Pulpo WMS to keep track of stock and pick items. However, due to the fact that we are not shipping with the platform, I find it makes extra steps in the picking/packing process that may not be necessary. Additionally, if you are shipping outside of Pulpo, you must ship the items prior to picking them in order to not mark the item as fulfilled in Shopify with no tracking information. What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

Pulpo is really easy to use. The integration platform with shopify is clear and very easy to configure for a non-developer. I like the approach it takes in updating inventory on Shopify which reduces the need to constant reconciliation tasks between the WMS and the E-commerce platform. The availability of training manuals and support makes it easy to roll out to staff. Finally, I like the fact that we did not have to spent a fortune on hardware required for our staff. What do you dislike about PULPO WMS?

What do you like best about PULPO WMS?

An easy and straightforward way of setting it up and implementing it. No big milestone projects over weeks with a 6-digit setup fee: just plain and pure WMS that fits all our needs as a fulfiller and comes with very good integrations of shops and ERPs.

In combination with the highly motivated and skilled team, it's a very smooth and good process of getting the software implemented and running. Can highly recommend Pulpo as WMS, especially if you have tried a lot and never really found what you were looking for - our past looked like: either the software had all the features but the price and implementation time were beyond or it was pricy and easy to start with but the feature set was very poor and did not really suit our warehouse/fulfillment needs.

And good thing is, that they have a very promising feature pipeline shipping new features every once and a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
