Pulpo fully automates the flow of goods in the warehouse – from goods receipt to storage, replenishment tasks, the picking process, and packing. Every single step is clearly structured, smartly regulated, and tracked in real-time, so all movements are transparent and traceable at any time.
Another major advantage is the ability to map a permanent inventory. Through continuous inventory management and ongoing tracking, stock levels are always current and accurate, without the need for labor-intensive cut-off date inventories.
Particularly positive is the high process reliability: error rates could be significantly reduced, new employees can be quickly trained, and the daily warehouse operations run much more smoothly and controlled overall.
