I really love Returnless because the contact is very easy and the employees are truly willing to solve problems and think along with us. The software is very easy-to-use, which contributes to higher customer satisfaction and significant time savings. We regularly receive compliments from customers about how smoothly the return or exchange process goes, which confirms to us that we are with the right company. It easily saves us 2 hours a day in processing and 6-8 hours in refunds thanks to the automations. I am a big fan of Returnless and gladly recommend it to other companies.
