I would like to see the company invest more in producing high-level, shareable case studies or data reports that demonstrate how proxy quality directly impacts metrics such as fraud detection rates. This would enable me, as an evangelist, to communicate the value of this layer of tech stack effectively to a non-technical audience. Moreover, as great as their support is for technical problems it would be a huge value add to have access to market insights and trend data from this network for those looking at strategies.
